本文研究了家族企業傳承過程中,在三種不同CEO繼任類型的影響下(包含外部職業經理人、同一代家族成員、下一代家族成員),對於企業慈善捐贈CP的不同影響,以及其與政治關聯的交互效應。因此,本文以中國大陸上市家族企業為研究對象,選取樣本期間為2008年-2018年的上市家族企業。 本文分析了CEO繼任類型與企業慈善之間的關係後,有以下發現:(1)外部職業經理人繼任CEO類型的家族企業,在慈善表現上不如家族內部成員繼任類型的家族企業 (2)家族內部繼任類型裡,同一代家族成員繼任類型與下一代家族成員繼任類型的慈善表現差距不顯著 (3)相同繼任類型下CEO政治關聯對家族企業的CP提升不顯著。
This article examines the different impacts of three different types of CEO succession (including external professional managers, family members of the same generation, and family members of the next generation) on the family business inheritance process, as well as their political connections to corporate charitable donations Interaction effect. Therefore, this article takes listed family companies in mainland China as the research object, and selects listed family companies from 2008 to 2018 in the sample period.
