科技日新月異帶動航空技術及資訊工程發展迅速,雲端運算及無人機應用也是各國產業之開發重點。雲端運算(Cloud Computing) 是科技資訊產業發展成熟的技術,也是網路科技及資訊蓬勃發展下的產物。提出下列問題:探討地理資訊系統雲端下的公有雲、私有雲及混合雲之實現;探討雲端架構下的無人機影像服務整合;結合無人機影像資料及地理資訊雲端,發展防災應用程式。 本研究以無人機定翼機及旋翼機進行影像測繪,產生即時影像及數位高程模型資料,利用地理資訊系統雲端軟體,以平台即服務架構發布即時影像及地形服務,利用公有雲軟體即服務平台 ArcGIS Online,建立即時影像服務分享平台,其目的在於:建立即時影像地理資訊服務發布平台;建立後期影像應用程式,可作為災區判釋及比對;完成即時影像雲端服務分享平台;整合公有雲及私有雲地理資訊影像服務雲端平台,以網頁應用程式及手持式裝置應用程式。
