e化學習平台之研究-以台電網路學院為例

摘要


由於科技的迅速發展,數位化的學習穿越時空的限制並克服以往知識傳遞局限,進而達到快速學習的效果。在這樣一個講究知識、創新為導向的時代中,知識的管理、運用與有效率的傳播,對企業發展不僅非常重要,更是保有恆久競爭力的必要條件。 組織的知識累積與管理是組織競爭優勢的重要來源,然而組織的學習最終還是要透過組織內個別成員的學習,由於企業內部員工要能夠隨時、隨地、不受時間與空間的限制進行學習,加上資訊科技的進步,因而產生了數位學習。 本文以台電公司新桃、台中、高屏等3個供電區營運處員工為研究對象,探討影響員工對台電網路學院之使用評價與認知之因素。透過對台電網路學院之Q&A及討論區問題歸納分析後,發現網路連線、網頁設計、課程設計與網頁功能是影響網路學院學習意願的主因;進一步以統計資料分析研究後發現,網路連線與網頁設計、網頁設計與網頁功能、課程設計與網頁功能彼此間相關,單位別對課程設計及網頁功能、部門別對網路連線、網頁功能、使用網際網路經驗對網頁功能分別具顯著差異,本文依據上述研究結果提出促進員工參與網路學院學習的建議。

With the rapid development of information technology, e-learning have been applied recently to realize the possibility of fast knowledge-gaining widely with the characters of overcoming the limitation of data-changing and delivery by time as well as space. Therefore, the proper knowledge management and a efficient platform of data delivering and exchanging are not only the most important key point, but also the necessary conditions to keep the advantage or competitiveness for a organization or company in such an era of knowledge explosion and innovation-oriented. The learning of Employees plays a key role for managing a business enterprise basically, and the better management of knowledge employee has, the more efficient enterprise can deal with the mass of information, as well as keeping a long-term and more competitive advantage than competitors in the market. However, the organizational learning should be accumulated or contributed by the learning of individual employee within this organization ultimately, and the organization learning and knowledge accumulation would be the best and the most efficient source for all staff to get the advantage of competition. To achieve the goal which be able to learn what you want any time, anywhere continuously, and learn without the constraints by time and space, which result in "e-learning". This paper explored the evaluation and recognition of users of Taiwan Power Company (TPC) e-learning platform, taking the employees of HsinTao, Taichung, and KaoPing Power Supply Branch as subjects. The results of induction from Q&A and forum of TPC e-learning platform showed that "network connection", "web design", "curriculum design" and "web feature" are the main causes to affect users’ desire to login in the online e-learning platform. Statistical data analysis showed there were significant relations between network connection and web design, web design and web feature, curriculum design and web feature respectively. Furthermore, there were significant influence of service unit on curriculum design and web features, service department on network connection and web feature, and internet experience on web feature correspondently. According to the above findings, suggestions about promoting participation of TPC e-learning were proposed.
