台中市幼稚園品格教育實施現況之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討台中市幼稚園品格教育的實施現況與實施困境,分析不同背景之教師在實施現況與實施困境的差異情形,並瞭解品格教育實施困境與實施現況之關係。 本研究採用問卷調查法與訪談調查法,進行問卷資料及訪談資料的蒐集,共發出462份問卷,回收344份有效問卷,可用率為74.5%,之後再進行描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、Pearson相關分析及Scheffe''法等資料處理,此外另進行8位幼稚園教師實地訪談。 本研究結論如下: 一、台中市幼稚園品格教育實施現況有優異表現。 二、台中市幼稚園品格教育實施困境主要來自於「家庭及環境因素」。 三、品格教育實施現況會因教師的年齡、服務年資和學校屬性之不同而有所差異。其中,不同年齡之教師在「課程設計」、「教學方法」、「評量方式」層面上達顯著差異;不同服務年資之教師在「課程設計」、「教學方法」層面上達顯著差異;不同學校屬性之教師在「課程設計」、「教學方法」層面上達顯著差異。 四、品格教育實施困境會因教師的教育背景和學校屬性之不同而有所差異。其中,不同教育背景之教師在「學校及教師因素」層面上達顯著差異;不同學校屬性之教師在「家庭及環境因素」、「學校及教師因素」層面上達顯著差異。 五、品格教育實施困境之「家庭及環境因素」與實施現況之「評量方式」呈現正相關。 六、品格教育實施困境之「學校及教師因素」與實施現況之「課程設計」、「教學方法」、「評量方式」呈現負相關。

The purpose of this study was to understand the actual practice and the difficult position of the character education in kindergartens in Taichung City. Further, this paper investigate the actual practice and the difficult position for different backgrounds among kindergarten teachers. Finally, this paper studies the relation between the actual practice and the difficult position of the character education. This paper used questionnaires and interview surveys conducted among kindergarten teachers in Taichung City. Of the 462 questionnaires originally prepared, 344 were valid, with the recoverability rate being 74.5%. Descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, Independent Sample t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, and Scheffe'' method of data processing were used on the obtained data. Furthermore, 8 kindergarten teachers were interviewed. The findings of this study are as follows: 1.The actual practice of the character education in kindergartens in Taichung City is positive. 2.The factor of family and environment is the main difficult position of the character education in kindergartens in Taichung City. 3.the actual practice of the character education is significantly affected by age, teaching experience, and public or private school. 4.The difficult position of the character education is significantly affected by educational background, and public or private school. 5.There is a positive correlation between the factor of family and environment of the difficult position of the character education and the assessment way of the actual practice of the character education. 6.There is a negative correlation between the factor of school and teacher of the difficult position of the character education and the Curriculum project, the teaching method, and the assessment way of the actual practice of the character education.
