人力資源管理近年來愈來愈被企業組織所重視,員工的績效呈現對企業組織營運占有莫大的影響力,因此落實員工的教育訓練並評估訓練的成效是否有助於企業經營的發展,是相對重要的一環。同樣地,應用在學生的學習上,教學者也是希望透過一連串的活動訓練並進行學習成效評估來檢核其成果是否有達到一定的教學目標。基於上述,本研究以自身英語教學的現場經驗想了解英語語言的學習對國小學童的吸收能力以及實施成效評量的結果如何。 此次的研究主要以聽讀寫的紙筆測驗方式來了解學生的學習成效,總共設計了三份評量測驗卷,分別是期初的前測評量、後測的第一單元評量以及後測的第二單元評量,以測驗的題型內容分為五大學習構面-聽音辨字、聽音辨圖、看圖選字句、讀句選圖、看圖寫句,接著使用各個構面的得分,透過SPSS統計軟體分析其學習成效。研究結果顯示,授課前的評量,除看圖選字句外,其餘四個構面及總分在男女生分組中皆無顯著差異。三個班級的五大學習構面在三次紙筆評量(授課前評量、單元一評量、單元二評量)的表現上,都無顯著差異。最後,綜合分析結果顯示,學生在學習構面之聽音辨字、聽音辨圖、看圖選字句、看圖寫句及總分都有顯著進步。 關鍵詞:人力資源管理、評量模式、學習成效
In recent years, human resource management has been more and more valued by corporate organizations. The performance of employees has a great influence on it. Therefore, it is a significant part relatively. Likewise, when the educators apply this concept to students’ learning performance, we also hope to evaluate whether students’ achievements have reached a certain teaching goal through a series of training and evaluation of learning effectiveness. Based on the above, this research would like to know the absorption of ability for English language learning with elementary children and the results of effectiveness evaluation. This research mainly uses the pen-and-paper test of listening, reading and writing to understand the learning effectiveness of students. The three test assessments are designed, which are the pre-assessment at the beginning of the period, the post-assessment of the first unit, and second unit. In addition, they are divided into five learning aspects based on the content of the quiz. The scores of each aspect to be analyzed through SPSS statistical software include independent sample T test on gender, one way analysis of varianceon class, and paired sample T-tests on the total scores of the five major aspects.
