近年來,由於產業結構的改變,技術快速發展,勞工保護法令的強化,企業為求競爭力的提升,無不設法增加企業的管理彈性。企業為了降低勞動成本、提高人力使用的彈性與效率,各種非典型雇用型態紛紛出現,而在就業市場上的派遣人力也逐年增加。 台灣高速鐵路公司,為我國首屈一指的大企業,而其使用之派遣人力也非常廣泛,本研究將以針對台灣高速鐵路公司護理保健室為主要分析研究探討其針派遣人力的運用考量為何。 其針對台灣高速鐵路公司與派遣院所之間所產上的矛盾,可分別從台灣高速鐵路公司及派遣醫院兩方面進行派遣政策、人事管理權責的規範,進而達到雙方雙贏的結果。
In recent years, due to the industrial structure has changed, rapid development of technology and the labor protection laws are strengthen, companies need to improve their flexibility in management. The companies use atypical jobs to satisfy the employer’s needs of labor force flexibility that will take lower labor costs and get more and more laborer dispatch people in the employment market. Taiwan High Speed Rail corporation is one of Taiwan’s leading large enterprises, and they have a lot of laborer dispatch people. In this study, we will try to analysis the labor dispatch strategy case on THSR's nursing station, and will also explore the problem between the THSR and the dispatch hospital on the labor dispatch contract and try to find a way to get the win-win result.
