摘要 師徒制是運用在壽險業 培育人才的方式 藉 由 師父帶領徒弟 提升業務人員的專業能力及銷售技巧, 達到有效知識移轉 並提高工作表現 ,本研究即在探討 師徒功能對於知識移轉及工作表現的影響效果 。本研究以服務台中地區壽險公司業務員為對象,透過問卷調查方式,發放 350 份問卷,回收 331 份有效問卷。 研究結果顯示: 一、 師徒功能中職能發展及角色模範對於知識移轉有正向影響。 二、師徒功能中職能發展對於工作表現有正向影響。 三、徒弟性別在男性 比 女性 在師徒功能 對工作表現 的 影響 有更 顯著的 影響,顯示徒弟性別產生顯著的 干擾效果 。 關鍵字:師徒功能、知識移轉、工作表現
Abstract The mentoring functions is a method used for nurturing talent in the life insurance industry. We can reach the goal of effectively transfers knowledge and raise working performance by master leads apprentices to improve their professional skills and sales skills. This study explores the influen ces of mentoring functions on knowledge transfer and working performance. This research is aimed at the salespersons of life insurance companies in the Taichung area. Through the questionnaire survey, 350 questionnaires were distributed and 331 questionnai res a re valid. The research outcome shows: 1.Professional ability development and role model of mentoring functions positive ly affects knowledge transfer. 2.Professional ability development of mentoring functions positive ly affects working performance. 3.To apprentice, a male apprentice is easier influenced by the relationship between mentoring than a female apprentice. It shows out that the gender of the apprentice has a significant m oderating effect.
