企業社會責任與財務績效、股價關係之探討 －以台灣電子業上市公司為例

摘要

本研究以台灣遠見雜誌企業社會責任獎之得獎企業為研究對象，由於企業社會責任與財務績效屬於企業永續發展的重要條件之一，本研究嘗試性建立了多個假設，並藉此來探究企業社會責任與財務績效間的關聯性。所以本研究共分成二部份進行研究，首先針對企業社會責任與財務績效比率的相關性進行研究，並在過去在眾多學者所以探討企業社會責任與財務績效文獻基石上，再進一步利用遠見雜誌歷年評比來與財務績效做分析，針對影響企業社會責任成效因素為何進行實證研究，最後才探究企業社會責任與企業實行成效的關聯性，另外再更進一步加以分析股價與財務績效的相關性。我們也發現，實行企業社會責任的企業其在財務績效上比沒有實行企業社會責任相關企業較來的優異，也發現到在毛利率與本益比上的確會帶動股價績效的變化。

The corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate financial performance is an important condition for sustainable development. This study attempted to establish a number of assumptions to corporate social responsibility and to the explore the correlation between financial performance. We found that there were some positive relationships between CSR and the financial performance.
