我國技職教育體系最主要的目標是要針對國家之經濟建設需要,培養所需要之專業技術人才,而政府也積極在強化技職教育體系資源的整合運用,並透過技職院校和產業合作之企業來進行資源共享教學活動。現今政府開放保險、銀行、證券跨產業經營,也使得企業之間對保險金融專業人才的需求量提高。目前許多的技職校院運用了「實習制度」的模式,透過實習課程將業界的實務經驗融入在教學之中,更促進雙方的交流及研究合作,增加產業與學界彼此的競爭力。而企業內部會因為不同的職務與業務特性,所需要的能力也就不同。因此,企業對於核心職能的建構已經成為一股潮流,「核心職能」更將成為企業在未來甄選人才時最重要的關鍵因素之一。 本研究旨在瞭解學生參加校外實習課程前後核心職能之表現差異、學生所具備之核心職能與實習滿意度之相關性及瞭解學生之基本資料對於參加校外實習課程前後核心職能表現差異之影響。而本研究主要是針對 C 科技大學保險金融管理系,研究對象是以保險公司實習之學生(參與99年度校外實習之學生共168位,11 個實習單位)為主,故此為本研究之範圍。而本研究最主要是藉由問卷的調查和統計分析,探討學生在參與校外實習課程前後對於核心職能之表現、學生所具備之核心職能與實習滿意度之相關性及瞭解學生之基本資料對於參加校外實習課程前後核心職能表現差異之影響,分別在實習前的說明會發放「學生具備之核心職能」問卷,及實習課程結束二個月後發放「學生具備之核心職能」問卷。其問卷內容包含主動負責、人際互動、溝通、自我發展、團隊精神、創新及個人基本資料,另外還有學生對於實習滿意度之問卷。至於本研究是以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、成對樣本t檢定與結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料的彙整、說明及分析。
The technological and vocational education system in Taiwan, the main goal is to develop the economic and train the professional and technical person. So, the government also strengthens the technical and vocational education system to integrate and use of resources actively, and through technical and vocational colleges and corporate of industrial cooperation to teaching resource sharing. Nowadays, the government not only opens the insurance, bank, and securities to cross-industry operating, but also let the enterprises to raise the demand of insurance and finance professional. Many of the technical and vocational colleges use the “Practice system“, through the training courses and will be practical experience into the teaching in the industry, the more research to promote bilateral exchanges and cooperation in industry and academia to increase the competitiveness of each other. The enterprise because of the different positions and business properties, the required capacity is different. Therefore, enterprises for the construction of core competency have become trend, “core competency “will become most important talent in the future. The study understands the students participating practice courses different before and after the performance of core competency.
