台灣家庭結構變化對長期看護保險認知與探討-以台中地區為例

摘 要
經濟的成長改善生活物質及醫療水準的提昇，使得人民的壽命普遍延長，根據內政部統計，目前台灣的男性平均壽命77歲，女性平均壽命82歲，99年6月底止，我國戶籍登記人口之65歲以上老人計有247萬4,471人，占總人口比例達10.69％，老化指數66.72％，均呈持續增加之現象，導致老化失能情況惡化、功能障礙與罹患慢性病的老人也越來越多，老人生活機能日漸退化。
政府自96年核定「我國長期照顧十年計畫」，但隨著對於要照顧的人口逐年增加，導致醫療和長期照護需求已經成為家庭和社會的極大負擔。
本論文主要研究台中市民眾的台灣家庭結構變化對長期看護保險認知，進一步瞭解台中市民眾對於未來老年生活規劃方式。本研究採問卷調查方式，以台中市民眾為調查對象，共發300份問卷，回收有效問卷共260份。問卷回收後以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、層級回歸分析等方法，分析台中市民眾的家庭結構變化對於長期看護保險認知與老年生活規劃方式的影響。
研究結果發現，受訪者家庭結構愈大相對家庭支出負擔大，對於長期看護保險認知則會愈高，但我國市面上的長期看保險費普遍的高，相對轉而住進長期照護機構意願提高，最後並提供政府單位和壽險公司作為參考。

Abstract
According to Ministry of the Interior statistics, Taiwan''s average life expectancy 77 years old male, female life expectancy 82 years old the end of June 1999. The household registration population over the age of 65 years old with 2.47 million total 4,471 people, of the total population of 10.69%, the aging index 66.72%, showed a continuing increase of the phenomenon.
This study used survey methods, and using Independent sample t-test, ANOVA analysis, Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis and other methods to analyze changes in family structure Taichung citizens for Long-Term Care Insurance planning approach cognition and old age life plan.
. The results showed that respondents were family structure larger burden relative to household spending big, long-term care insurance for commercial awareness will be higher.
When the Long-Term Care Insurance are generally high, relative to turn to live in long-term care facility ,public planning for the future of old age is more and more attention, and eventually to provide government agencies and insurance companies as a reference.
