現今國內外企業為了提升自我競爭力,透過併購的方式,併購其相同產業之企業來擴展其企業,但由於兩家公司於合併時,將會面臨許多不同層面的差異問題,其中內部溝通為最主要的問題,兩家企業的員工對企業內部溝通認知的不同,將會造成資訊傳遞不正確、影響員工之凝聚力、…等的問題,可能會導致企業執行政策效果不彰,而無法達成既定之目標,造成企業執行政策過程中各項溝通要素的重要性與員工實際感受程度產生差異。 因此本研究利用差異分析針對各變數探討其對保險公司企業內部溝通認知差異性。並利用績效評估矩陣及管制界限,找出需要改善的企業內部溝通要素。並期望所研究之個案企業進行各項政策溝通時,可參考本研究之結果,使企業盡量避免溝通不良,導致影響企業整體獲利,達到企業及員工雙贏。
