高中(職)軍訓教官風險認知度與退休生涯規劃關係之研究

摘要

「軍訓教官」依「高級中等以上學校學生軍訓實施辦法」從事軍訓教學，同時協助學校執行學生生活輔導工作，並以協助處理學生校內外之意外事件，維護校園安全為重點，著有成效。其角色與功能，因時空背景的改變，亦不斷隨著社會變遷而調整，有著不同的教育目標及價值。在「教官退出校園」的聲浪與社會結構變遷狀況下，對於軍訓教官個人風險認知及生涯規劃有著重大的考驗。本研究以軍訓教官之個人風險認知度及退休生涯規劃兩變數作相關研究探討。以期了解現今民主社會，在現今政治環境及現有制度下，軍訓教官對於職場上個人風險認知度與退休後之生涯規劃情形。
就上述所言，本研究以99學年度在職之臺中市高中(職)軍訓教官為研究對象，再以相關文獻作為本研究之理論基礎，透過問卷調查的方式進行資料的蒐集，運用SPSS套裝軟體分析t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差等統計方法進行分析，探討軍訓教官在個人風險認知度與退休生涯規劃之表現上的差異及相關，以期了解軍訓教官的個人風險認知度現況、退休生涯規劃的傾向及二者間的相關性。
其研究結果得知：軍訓教官的風險認知度以穩健型居多，退休生涯規劃得分屬偏高程度，而個人風險認知度與退休生涯規劃中「居住安排」、「經濟計畫」及「休閒娛樂」層面達顯著水準。由此可推知，整體退休生涯規劃預備度也相對提高。
根據本研究結果提出相關具體建議，以提供教官及政府教育當局做為在教學上及施政上之參考。

"Military trainers" in military training on campus teaching, to assist schools in the implementation of student life counseling, and to assist in accident outside school students, maintain campus safety focus, with a success. Its role and function, because of background changes, social changes have also been adjusted with, have different educational goals and values. In the "instructors quit school," the noise conditions and changes in social structure, personal risk perception for the military training instructors and career planning has a major test. In this study, military training instructors awareness of personal risk and retirement for the two variables related to career planning study. In order to understand today''s democratic society, the political environment in Guibian and the existing system, the military training instructors for the personal risk awareness in the workplace and career plans after retirement situation.
Said above, this study 2010 serving the senior high school military training instructors Taichung for the study, then the relevant literature as the theoretical basis of this research, conducted through a questionnaire survey data collection, analysis using SPSS software package t Test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation of poor statistical methods to explore the personal risks of military training instructors in career awareness and retirement planning and related performance differences in order to understand the military training instructors awareness of personal risk status, retirement career planning and the tendency of the correlation between the two.
Its findings that: the risk of military training instructors awareness to the majority of sound-based, retirement is a career scoring high degree of planning, risk awareness and personal career planning and retirement, "living arrangement", "economic planning" and "entertainment "level of significance level. From this we can deduce the overall retirement planning career preparation degree is also enhanced.
According to this study made specific recommendations related to the education authorities to provide instructors and the Government as the policy on the teaching and reference.
