鯤鯓王平安鹽祭發展文化觀光指標之研究

摘要


透過節慶活動發展文化觀光帶動地方產業與經濟已經成為世界的潮流,舉辦節慶活動除了本身必須具備一定對象及特殊歷史意涵之外,還需包含足夠的人力、物力、經費及產業等各方面社會資源的配合。近年來國際上及國內各地方政府對於發展區域及在地觀光產業,為了提高地方能見度及經濟小從社區、大至中央機關透過舉辦節慶活動的方式,帶動地方能見度與經濟效益。其中依據交通部觀光局寺廟遊憩人數近十年來,位居寺廟文化觀光旅遊人數最多(約32%,11,532,670人次)的臺灣王爺信仰總廟「南鯤鯓代天府」,2004年在雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處的籌辦下,利用結束338年的臺灣曬鹽產業「鹽」為媒介,結合臺灣王爺信仰總廟「南鯤鯓代天府」,重新活化鹽產業文化,配合轄區四縣市進行觀光特色產業與文化活動展銷,發展「鯤鯓王平安爺祭」節慶活動。 本研究係以節慶活動鯤鯓王平安鹽祭為實證對象,探討鯤鯓王平安鹽祭發展文化觀光之變遷,以廟宇文化、節慶活動、文化觀光及文化創意產業理論為基礎,探討鯤鯓王平安鹽祭歷史文化涵構、節慶活動發展變遷與營運組織人力三者間互動,進而探討該鯤鯓王平安鹽祭發展文化觀光之指標。 本研究主要成果有以下三大點,如下: 一、研析鯤鯓王平安鹽祭歷史文化意涵及其文化觀光發展架構。 二、探討鯤鯓王平安鹽祭活動發展歷程與變遷。 三、建構鯤鯓王平安鹽祭發展文化觀光之指標。

Helping local industry and economy growth with new festival activities and cultural tourism development has become the world’s trend. Recently, international and national local governments start developing regional and local tourism industry through festival activities to increase local visibility and economic benefits. However, festival activity in addition to have certain object and special historic meaning, it must be supported by enough man power, material, funds and industries, etc. social resources. In recent years, in order to enhance local visibility as well as economy, various festivals have been sponsored by communities and central government. According to Tourism Bureau, M.O.T.C.’s record, in past decade, the largest number of visitors travelling among temples is NanKungShen Temple - Taiwanese Wangye’s Faith Temple.( Approximately accounted for 38 percent of Taiwan''s temple tourism, 11,532,670 people) In 2004, new festivals activities cooperating with four counties/townships tourism characteristic industries and cultural events sponsored and organized by the Southwest Coast National Scenic Area, “salt” - the lead of bask salt industry which was ended around 338 years ago, and ”NanKungShen Temple” - Taiwanese Wangye’s Faith Temple, have revitalized salt industry and culture successfully of Kung shen Wangye''s salt of peace Festival The research studies the festival activity – Kung shen Wangye’s Salt of Peace Festival, investigates Kung shen Wangye’s Salt for Peace Festival developing cultural tourism changes as well as Kung shen Wangye’s Salt for Peace Festival’s historical and cultural overall meaning and Folk culture festival activity and activity developing change from interactions between temple culture overall meaning, festival activity , as to temples, cultural festivals, cultural tourism and cultural and creative industries theory-based,and organization manpower, then further research culture tourism index for developing new festival activities. This main results of research is the following three point, as follows: 1.Research and Analysis of Kung shen Wangye''s salt of peace Festival as History cultural development of cultural tourism structure. 2.explore the development of Kung Shen Wangye''s salt of peace festival , the changes. 3.The construction of the indicators of the development of cultural tourism Kung shen Wangye''s salt of peace Festival .
