網路科技蓬勃發展,方便的網路取代了許多事物,網路交易盛行,使網路消費成為高中職生生活中的一部分。高中職生對網路消費的內涵包羅萬象,本文將利用文獻分析整理,及問卷的方式瞭解中部地區高中職生網路消費行為,並分析高中職生的基本資料對網路購物滿意度及忠誠度的差異。結果顯示:在網路商品、網路交易紀錄及網路購物形式構面,男生較女生顯著滿意。女生較男生樂於分享好用的商品。一年級、三年級的學生較重視網路客服對商品的問題有無妥善處理。低年級比較對實體店家感到好奇興趣。餐飲科在注重個資的保密程度、喜愛上網購物、網站交易紀錄流程、優質的網購商品分享等構面,較其他科別滿意程度較高。 網路忠誠度方面,依據問卷的調查,得知高中職生對於網路的忠誠度有顯著滿意,而女生較男生的忠誠度高,對於網路產品有信心,通常,會持續的支持與介紹更多人消費。
