台灣綠色能源產業之企業價值影響因素探討

摘要

溫室效應引起的環境變遷與氣候異常，使世界各國關注能源永續議題，台灣近年積極推廣能源永續發展與節約能源之相關政策，在綠色能源產業蓬勃發展之際，其企業價值之影響因素，便是投資人進行決策時的重要參考依據。本研究以股價報酬率、國際原油價格、公司經營規模、國際匯率波動與產品外銷比重，作為非會計資訊之變數，使用複迴歸模型探討台灣綠色能源產業之企業價值影響因素，並以太陽光電與發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode,簡稱LED)產業做為台灣綠色能源產業之代表，研究期間為2006年至2013年。研究結果發現，國際匯率波動會對綠色能源產業之企業價值造成顯著負向影響，且對公司產品外銷比重較大者尤為顯著，但台灣綠色能源產業之內銷比重相對外銷比重較低，因此即便外銷比重占全產業外銷值較小之公司，其營業額比重多數仍來自於外銷，故匯率波動當為影響公司外銷比重之重要因素，且外銷比重著實影響綠色能源產業之企業價值。

The greenhouse effect is a serious issue which we should attach importance to. At this time, Taiwan is active to develop the Green Energy Industry. This research used the Solar Energy Industry and Light Emitting Diode Industry as Subject, and focus on the Impact Factors of Enterprise Value. This research use the Stock return, Oil price, Company size, Exchange rate and the range of company export to look for the Impact Factors of Enterprise Value. The result illustrate variables are outstanding, and the company have high Enterprise Value who have low export are.
