本實驗室之前成功開發過永久性氧化型染髮劑的第一劑,此次實驗主要目的是繼續開發這劑型的第二劑,第二劑的主要成分是過氧化氫(hydrogen peroxide, H2O2),以及一些其他的化學賦形劑,過氧化氫的定量檢測是以過錳酸鉀(potassium permanganate, KMnO4)滴定,此檢驗方法簡單、快速及準確,並且分析一般市售染髮劑的第二劑,測得市售產品含有過氧化氫約為9%,以此濃度作為本實驗室開發第二劑的參考。 在分析方法確效的虐待試驗中,加鹼及加熱試驗,對第二劑的過氧化氫的安定性影響最大,過氧化氫含量分別只剩60.6%和68.1%,而加酸試驗則剩餘81.4%, UV光照射試驗有90%以上。 在長效安定性試驗結果中,測試自製第二劑雙氧水的安定性,在25℃條件下放至三個月,每兩週計算染劑中所剩下之雙氧水含量,雙氧水起始含量設定為100%,第2週剩餘95.5%,第4週剩餘93.2%,含量都有90﹪以上,而第6週、8週、10週、12週、含量分別為88.6%、87.1%、86%、84.8%,含量雖然持續減少,但仍維持在80%以上。經過12週後,其外觀與起始相同,無分層及明顯改變。
The first agents of permanent oxidized hair dyes were successfully developed by our laboratory. The main purpose of this research is to continuously develop the second agent of these hair dyes. The principal incipient of the second agent in the hair dyes is hydrogen peroxide and including other chemical excipients. The determination of hydrogen peroxide is titrated by potassium permanganate. This assay is simple, fast and accurate. The assay was also run in some commercial products. The content of hydrogen peroxide in the commercial product was detected around 9%. The development of the second agent in our hair dyes referred to these concentration data. Within the stress experiments of method validation, the contents of hydrogen peroxide sample solutions were severely decreased to 60.8% and 68.1%, individually, during the tests of addition of strong base and heating. The content of hydrogen peroxide sample solutions was only decreased to 81.4% during the test of addition of strong acid. However, the contents of hydrogen peroxide sample solutions were still above 90%, during the tests of addition of illuminated UV light. In the long-term stability experiments, the contents of hydrogen peroxide in the self-made second agent were determined in every two weeks within three months of 25℃ condition. The initial content of hydrogen peroxide was set at 100%, decreased to 95.5% at the second week, decreased to 93.2% at the fourth week, still above 90% after one month, and decreased to 88.6%、87.1%、86%、84.8%, individually, at the sixth, eighth, tenth, twelfth weeks. Although, the content of hydrogen peroxide was gradually decreased, after two months it was still above 80%. Within twelve weeks, the appearance of the self-made second agent was the same as its origin, and no delaminating occurred.
