智慧衣用導電銀膠配方研發

在紡織業結合電子產業方面上，將發熱電路板置於特殊防水布料中，接入行動電源再透過手機調整溫度使發熱布料升溫。導電銀膠用於發熱電路板的黏貼，須符合輕薄、可撓、可水洗，且導電效率高，並且符合歐盟環保組織禁止使用鉛、鎳、汞、六價鉻等物質於半導體的裝製程上的規定。銀膠為導電性接著劑，是在環氧樹脂中加入銀粉所配製的複合材料，其特點為導電及接合性佳、黏度可調整。本實驗主要以雙酚A環氧樹脂作為銀膠中的膠黏劑，使用順丁烯二酸酐及鄰苯二甲酸酐將其固化並調整比例降低環氧樹脂固化後的脆性。再以羧基丁腈橡膠改質雙酚A環氧樹脂，使環氧樹脂具有橡膠的韌性，藉此增加撓曲程度。本實驗以GC測定出廠商銀膠中稀釋劑並非本實驗所使用的乙酸正丁酯，隨後以TGA鑑定出廠商銀膠所使用的銀粉比例，比例結果大約為70%，與本實驗相當。經過多次的配方調整，水洗10次後發熱成效可達到43.4℃之高溫已符合廠商規格。

In the textile industry combined with the electronics industry, place the heating circuit board in a special waterproof fabric, connect the mobile power supply and adjust the temperature through the mobile phone to make the heated fabric warm up. The conductive silver adhesive is used for pasting of heating circuit board. It must be light, thin, flexible, washable and high conductivity efficiency. It also conforms to the regulations of EU environmental protection organization which prohibit the use of lead, nickel, mercury, hexavalent chromium etc. substances in the manufacturing process of semiconductor. Conductive silver adhesive is a composite material prepared by adding silver powder to the epoxy resin. It is characterized by good conductivity, good adhesion and adjustable viscosity. In this experiment, bisphenol A epoxy resin was mainly used as the silver adhesive. The maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride were used to cure the epoxy resin and their proportions of concentrations were adjusted to reduce the brittleness of the cured epoxy resin. Furthermore the carboxylated nitrile rubber added to bisphenol A epoxy resin to make the resin provided with the toughness and deflection of rubber characteristics. In the GC experiment, it is shown that the diluent is not the n-butyl acetate being used in the original manufacturer’s formulation. In the TGA experiment, the proportion of silver concentrations in the original manufacturer is about 70% which is equivalent to our formulations. After several times formulation adjustments, the heating effect after washing 10 times can reach 43.4℃and meet the specifications of the cooperative
