本研究之目的在於透過地下室滲水、漏水情形,探討如何透過地下室防 水材料及工法應用來改善地下室滲水、漏水情形,本文應用於歐美地區相 當廣泛使用之無機微晶骨材,由於NINO微晶防水的獨特裂縫自癒特性及抗 滲能力結果顯示,除防水效果優異外還能提升強度,並可取代傳統防水材 料所無法達到的性能,若正水面無法施工,亦可在背(負)水面(negative side waterproofing)施工,同樣能達到理想防滲效果。 本研究透過工法上調整,來降低地下室滲水、漏水風險,透過實際案 例的驗證,NINO微晶防水砂漿應用於地下室負水壓防水的功效,不論是時 效性、耐久性皆能相當持久,藉由防水工序上的調整,既能達到防水效能又能有效降低營建工程成本。 希冀以依專業且深入探討之方式,提供工程界先進嶄新的地下室防水工 法,並推廣從舊建物作改善,新建物作預防。
The purpose of this study is to investigate how to prevent water infiltration and leakage through the basement. Application of water materials and construction methods to improve water leakage and leakage in the basement. This article applies to inorganic microcrystalline aggregates widely used in Europe and America. Due to the unique crack self-healing characteristics and impermeability of NINO microcrystalline waterproof, the results show that in addition to the excellent waterproof effect, it can also increase the strength and can replace the performance that traditional waterproof materials cannot achieve. This study adjusted the construction method to reduce the risk of seepage and water leakage in the basement. Through the verification of practical cases, NINO microcrystalline waterproof mortar is applied to the negative water pressure waterproofing of the basement, regardless of the timeliness and durability. By the waterproof process, it can not only achieve waterproof performance but also effectively reduce the cost of construction projects. We hope to provide a new basement waterproofing technique in the field of engineering from the perspective of professional research, and promote the improvement of old buildings and the prevention of new buildings.
