隨著數位科技的蓬勃發展與網際網路普及,政府與民間發展出許多數位學習管道,提供學生獲得更高的學習成效。但大部分網路學習社群成員是沉默的觀察者,而非積極的參與者,互動行為與預期相差甚遠,因此以數位學習平台輔助教學的方式在實際執行上仍有改進與討論空間。本研究採用科技接受模式作為理論觀點,以朝陽科技大學師生作為研究對象,探討使用者對於TronClass數位學習平台的使用態度和行為意圖是否受到媒體豐富度的影響。 結果顯示,媒體豐富度對知覺易用性與有用性、知覺有用性對使用態度、使用態度對行為意圖、知覺易用性對知覺有用性等五項假說,在教師與學生樣本中皆具有正向顯著影響,與過去研究相符;而知覺易用性對使用態度的假說,僅學生樣本有正向顯著影響,教師方面無顯著影響,原因可能為操作平台是工作項目,不管是否簡單都必須執行所導致。 最後根據研究結果建議平台商推動功能模組化、新增已讀與匿名功能以及建立與其他平台的連結;而學校方面建議加強功能說明、搭配鷹架式學習並推動跨領域學習課程,以提高使用者對TronClass數位學習平台的使用意圖,創造更高的學習成效。未來若研究相關議題,建議可採用不同地區、學校或平台為研究標的,並且與校務機關或平台合作,以後臺數據或訪談方式,獲得全面性與真實的資料,使研究結果更貼近現況。
With digital technology flourishing and the universalization of the internet, both governmental and non-governmental institutions developed various ways of digital learning in order to provide students with higher learning efficiency. However, most members of the e-learning community are silent observers rather than active participants. This causes actual interactive behavior to be far lower than expected, which means there are still a lot of room for discussion and improvement when implementing the idea of using digital learning platform as an aid to traditional teaching. This research adopts TAM as its theoretical point of view, takes the faculty and students of Chaoyang University of Technology as research subject, and explores whether or not the attitude and behavior intention of the users of TronClass are affected by media richness The result of the research indicates that media richness has a positive impact between perceived usefulness and ease of use, perceived usefulness and attitude toward using, attitude toward using and behavioral intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use among faculty and student samples, which is consistent with past researches. However, the theory of the connection between perceived ease of use and attitude toward using only show notable impact among student samples. Operation of the platform is required work, and has to be done regardless of the faculty’s ability might be the reason there wasn’t notable impact among faculty samples. Based on the research result, platformers are suggested to promote function modularity, append new features that would allow users to browse anonymously and know whether or not certain information are read yet, and establish connections between other platforms. In order to raise usage intention of users toward the digital learning platform-TronClass and improve learning efficiency, schools are suggested to improve function description, apply distributed scaffolding and promote courses that provide interdisciplinary learning. If related discussions are held in the future, it is suggested that different regions, schools or platforms are used as research targets. Furthermore, establishing cooperation with school administration or platforms, and using backstage data or interviewing will provide researchers with a more comprehensive and realistic overview, making research results bear higher proximity to current situations.
