虛擬空間共享在教材上的應用

摘要


近幾年來,因虛擬實境產業蓬勃發展,頭戴式顯示器(HMD)的使用上越來越普及,在各種領域的應用也越來越廣,例如在商業上的應用、生物力學上的應用、教育上的應用、遊戲上的應用等。然而這些應用目前都受限於虛擬場景同時間只能一個人進入,沒有多人同時處於同一場景使用的方式。在這篇論文中我們提出來一個虛擬空間共享的框架,讓多台手機VR也能連線到主機端VR,達到同時共享虛擬場景的目的。接著本研究也利用框架中的連線機制與互動操作來實作了高中的藝能科教材,透過手機來跟主控的VR設備進行連線,連線VR設備的畫面與視野就能同步到每位同學的手機上。讓教師和全班學生共享虛擬視野並且進行教學活動,以此來解決場地受限的問題,同時也能體驗到連線的優點。在實驗中我們使用問卷調查的方式來驗證連線機制搭配教育應用所達成的虛擬視野共享的成效。而問卷分析的結果證實連線互動的虛擬視野共享對學生上課的學習效率以及互動感的成效是顯著的。

In recent years, due to the vigorous development of the virtual reality industry, the use of head-mounted displays (HMD) has become more and more popular, and the applications in various fields have also become wider and wider, such as commercial applications, biomechanical applications, education applications, games applications, etc. However, these applications are currently limited by the fact that only one person can enter the virtual scene in the meantime, and there is no way for multiple people to use the same scene at the same time. In this paper, we propose a connection mechanism that allows multiple mobile phone VRs to be connected to the host-side VR to achieve the purpose of sharing virtual scenes simultaneously. Then this study also used this connection mechanism to implement the high school arts textbooks. Through the mobile phone to connect with the master VR device, the screen and field of view of the connected VR device can be synchronized to each student's mobile phone In this way, teachers and students in the class can share virtual vision and conduct teaching activities, so that they can solve the problem of limited space and can also experience the advantages of connection. In the experiment, we used a questionnaire survey to verify the effectiveness of the virtual vision sharing achieved by the connection mechanism and educational applications. The results of the questionnaire analysis confirmed that the virtual vision sharing of the online interaction is significant for the learning efficiency and interactive effect of the students in the class.
