台灣建築物室內天花板裝修工法及工序之探討

本研究之目的在探討建築物室內裝修工程中，平頂(天花板)工程受不同施工方式，因材料及施作等因素，影響之情形(如施工工序、材料及設備檢驗、工程進度管控、施工品質標準建立、施工各階段自主檢查表建立及工程驗收等)，進行模擬研究，研究結果證明： 1. 建立標準工序方式，可減少因材料所造成之缺失。 2. 採標準工序可增加工程施工品質及加強工程進度。 3. 建立材料品質標準，可避免工期延宕。 4. 施工前先行檢驗材料及設備，可降低施工危害，提昇職業安全。 5. 施工各階段自主檢查表建立，使材料損失減少及工序錯誤之作法。 6. 本研究結果係對以往建築物室內裝修工法概念的重要改進，其可供裝修人員從事裝修施工及管理時，掌握各式材料、工進、品質及發揮作創意之參考。
