營造業職業安全衛生現場監造查核機制實務案例探討

政府推動公共工程職業安全衛生制度已實施多年，本研究摘錄常見缺失類型進行彙整及統計，同時，為能提升工程品質、提高產量、降低成本及降低職災風險、增加工作效率，營造業應落實執行職業安全衛生管理制度與職安缺失之相關連性，為本研究的目的。本研究彙整2015年到2017年間，雲林縣某國立科技大學產學研大樓新建工程之職業安全衛生查核常見缺失，為降低工作場所不安全行為，研擬落實營造業職業安全衛生管理機制，並期待藉由各項政策的推行，帶動營造業推行6S運動，降低營造業之職災發生率，以確保職業安全衛生管理制度。關鍵詞：職業安全衛生、公共工程、職業災害

The government has impelled Public Construction Occupational Health and Safety Management System for many years. The statistics of this study were sorted out of common flaw types. Meanwhile, in order to promote the construction quality, enhance the output, reduce the cost and the risk of occupational accidents, and increase working efficiency, the goal of this study drscribed and discussed the rellation to the occupational health and safety management system which was supposed to carry out by construction enterprises and the flaw of occupational health and safety. This study collected the common flaws of occupational safety health checks from one of national scientific and technical universities in Yunlin County 2015 to 2017. In order to reduce precarious behavior in the workplace, drawing up the mechanism of occupational safety health management, looking forward to carrying out every policy which clould promote 6S movements in construction. Reduce the occurrence rate of occupational disaster to guarantee the occupational safety and health control system. Key Words: Occupational safety and health, public works, occupational disasters
