本研究旨在探討意象訓練介入對桌球選手意象能力與流暢體驗之研究,針對20名高中桌球選手做為研究對象,以實驗法將受測者分為10名實驗組與10名對照組,並進行前後測分析。實驗前、後各安排一次隊內排名賽,同時也進行前、後問卷測驗填寫,研究過程針對實驗組選手進行意象訓練之課程,維持六週共12次的意象課程介入,收集前、後測資料,經由SPSS 21.0 統計套裝軟體分析。研究結果發現:(一)實驗組意象能力的「情緒意象」、「精熟意象」達到顯著差異。(二)實驗組於流暢體驗沒有達到顯著。(三)流暢體驗構面中的「清楚回饋」、「勝任感」、「自成性」與意象訓練「技巧意象」、「策略意象」、「目標意象」、「情緒意象」、「精熟意象」五大構面達顯著相關。(四)流暢體驗構面中的「專注力」能夠有效的預測高中桌球選手的運動表現。
The study aims at the effects of imagery training intervention to imaginary ability and flow experience for table tennis players. 20 high school players as subjects were divided into experimental group and control group evenly, and pretest-protest analysis was conducted in the study. An internal ranking competition was arranged before and after the experiment and the questionnaire was asked to complete simultaneously. The players of the experimental group received imagery training which took 12 times in 6 weeks to collect the pretest-protest data and analyze through SPSS 21.0. The result comes out: (1) the affect imagery ability and the mastery imagery ability of the experimental group have significant difference, (2) the flow experience of the experimental group has no significant difference, (3) there is significant difference between unambiguous feedback, perceived competence, and autotelic personality - the dimensions of flow experience - and the skill imagery, the strategy imagery, the goal imagery, the affect imagery, and the mastery imagery - the five dimensions of the imagery training, and (4) focused attention, one of the dimensions in flow experience, could efficiently predict high school table tennis players’ sport experience.
