成就動機對自我專業能力認知關係之研究:以餐飲管理科學生為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職餐飲管理科學生成就動機與自我專業能力認知之關係,總計問卷發放350份,有效問卷 346份,回收率98.84%。 根據研究結果顯示,女生是比男生有更多的內在動機;不同證照數在自我專業能力認知達到顯著差異,且隨著擁有證照數的增加,自我專業能力認知也會較高。這表示只要考取越多的證照數,學生會覺得自己愈來愈具有餐飲專業能力。 因此,建議學校在餐飲科學生一年級時即加強成就動機,以考取證照為目標,讓學生更有信心餐飲領域繼續發展。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between achievement motivation and self-professional awareness. 350 questionnaires were released. Valid questionnaires were 346, and the recovery rate was 98.84%. According to the results, female students have more intrinsic motivation than male students. More certifications result in higher self-professional awareness. This means if students have more certifications, then they will recognise themselves is professional in the field of catering. Therefore, this study suggested that from the first grade on schools need to strengthen students’ achievement motivation. Indeed, students should aim to obtain the professional certifications. This may lead students to more confidence in developing in the field of catering.
