十二週四輪傳動健康促進課程介入對高齡者功能性體適能之影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討YMCA四輪傳動健康促進課程十二週介入後對高齡者功能性體適能之影響。以台中市新社東興宮社區(實驗組)及烏日溪壩社區(對照組)高齡者為研究對象,分別於課程介入(實驗組)/無課程介入(對照組)之十二週前、後進行功能性體適能、口腔機能檢測及自覺身心健康狀況測量,所得資料經由描述性統計、成對樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定進行分析。研究結果如下: 一、社區超高齡男性群族在肌力、柔軟度及心肺耐力之表現低於健康高齡者功能性體適能建議之常模範圍。 二、經十二週後,實驗組之30秒坐站測驗、30秒手臂捲起測驗、2分鐘踏步測驗、坐姿體前彎測驗具有顯著提升,而對照組在30秒坐站測驗、30秒手臂捲起測驗、坐姿體前彎測驗、落尺反應測驗具有顯著退步。 三、經十二週後,實驗組在口腔機能之四項發音測驗(帕、踏、咖、啦)均具有顯著提升;而對照組則無顯著提升。 四、經十二週後,實驗組在自覺身心健康狀況之社會功能面向有顯著提升之效果。 本研究發現:實驗組經由十二週課程介入後,在30秒坐站測驗、30秒手臂捲起測驗、坐姿體前彎測驗、抓背測驗、2分鐘踏步測驗、落尺反應、口腔機能測驗(帕、踏、咖、啦)之進步幅度,相較於對照組均具有較佳之進步效果。最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,供推動健康促進課程單位參考。

This study aims to explore the impact of YMCA four- circuits drive health promotion course on the functional fitness of elderly people after twelve weeks of intervention. Old people in Dongxinggong Community (experimental group) and Wurixiba community (control group) of Taichung City’s Xinshe District were selected as the target respondents. Twelve weeks before curriculum intervention (experimental group)/no curriculum intervention (control group), respectively Afterwards, functional physical fitness, oral function testing and self-conscious physical and mental health measurement were performed. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired sample t test, and independent sample t test. The research results are as follows: 1. The performance of superhigh-aged males in the community in terms of muscle strength, flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance is lower than the recommended norm for functional fitness of healthy seniors. 2. After twelve weeks, the experimental group's 30-second sitting and standing test, 30-second arm roll-up test, 2-minute stepping test, and seated forward bend test had a significant improvement, while the control group had a 30-second sitting and standing test, 30 seconds arm roll test, the seated forward bend test, and the rule drop response test showed significant regression. 3. After twelve weeks, the experimental group had a significant improvement in the four pronunciation tests of oral function (pa, ta, ca, la); while the control group had no significant improvement. 4. After twelve weeks, the experimental group had a significant improvement in the social function of conscious physical and mental health. This study found that after the intervention of the 12-week course, the experimental group performed a 30-second sitting test, a 30-second arm roll test, a seated forward bend test, a back grasp test, a 2-minute step test, a drop response, and oral function test. Compared with the control group, the improvement range of (Pha, Ta, Ka, La) has better improvement effect. Finally, specific suggestions are stated forward based on the research results for the reference of health promotion courses.
