非營利組織成員參與動機、人際關係對自我實現之研究 -以台中市國際獅子會300C1區為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討非營利組織成員參與動機、人際關係與自我實現之關係,並瞭解不同背景變項之組織成員在參與動機、人際關係與自我實現之差異情形。為了完成這項研究,我們以台中市國際獅子會300C1區組織成員為研究對象,採便利抽樣問卷方式進行調查,共計發放400份正式問卷,回收有效樣本數共計318份,有效回收率為79.5%,所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、多元同時迴歸分析進行資料分析,獲得結果如下:非營利組織參與情形,台中市國際獅子會組織成員以男性為大多數,已婚者及曾經擔任幹部為居多,年齡以41-50歲為主,職業以服務業與製造業佔多數,教育程度以高中及大學學歷為主,參與資歷為2-5年為最多;非營利組織成員參與動機因素構面以「自利動機」與「利他動機」兩項最高,人際關係因素構面以「同儕關係」為最高,自我實現因素構面以「自我肯定積極表現」為最高;不同背景變項之參與者在參與動機、人際關係與自我實現有顯著差異。研究發現:非營利組織成員參與動機之「自利動機」及「利他動機」可正向影響成員之人際關係;參與動機之「自利動機」及「利他動機」及人際關係之「社會接納」、「幽默感」、「同儕關係」、「親密友誼」與「家人關係」可正向影響自我實現;另外人際關係在參與動機與自我實現間具有部份中介之影響效果。最後依據本研究結果,提出建議,以供獅子會組織經營之參考依據。

This study is aimed to discuss the relation of paticipation motivation, interpersonal relationships and self-realized for non-profit organization members, and to realize the difference of the participation motivation, interpersonal relationships and self-realization for the organization of different backgrounds members. To accomplish this research, we adopted convenience sampling to conduct an investigation into Taichung City Lions Clubs International District 300C1 organization members, and provided a total of 400 copies of the formal questionnaires, withdrawed a total of 318 valid samples, the effective rate was 79.5%. We analyzed the data through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, the number of single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple simultaneous regression analysis, and we obtained the following results: In terms of the participation motivation of the non-profit organization members, the male, married, has served as the majority of cadres, aged 41-50 years old in the main occupation in the majority of services and manufacturing, education mainly to high school and university education, and participation to a maximum of 2-5 years seniority of Taichung City Lions Clubs International Organization was in the majority. The highest two factors of participation motivation of non-profit organization members is "self-serving motives" and "altruistic motives". The highest of factor of the interpersonal relationships is " Peer relationships "; the highest of factor of the self-achievement is " self-affirming positive performance"; there is significant difference in participation motivation, interpersonal relationship and self-achievement of the participants of different background variables. Research has demonstrated that the factors of participation motivation of non-profit organization members is "self-serving motives" and "altruistic motives", these can influence interpersonal members positively; the participation motivation of "selfish motives" and "altruistic motives" and the interpersonal of "socially acceptable.", "humor", "peer relationships", "close friendship" and "family relationship" may affect self-realization positively. Except, another influential effect relationships between some of the agency's motivation and self-realization. Finally, we made some suggestions to provide some references to Lions organization operates based on the result of this research.
