TTQS(Taiwan TranQuali System,國家訓練品質系統)訓練品質系統評核指標為近幾年來行政院勞工委員會職業訓練局參考ISO 10015針對職業訓練案所量身打造的評核工具,藉此分辨出訓練單位的良莠,訓練單位也可藉由導入TTQS訓練品質系統了解自己本身所提出的行政流程是否足以應付學員的需求。自民國96年度開始實施推廣後,目前不僅使用於評核辦理職業訓練課程的訓練單位執行能力,許多民間機構也開始導入TTQS訓練品質系統,藉此系統評估並改善企業內部訓練流程。 本研究主要針對研究對象於民國98年度承接「產業人才投資計畫」職業訓練案,經導入TTQS訓練品質系統的PDDRO五環迴圈評估,深入了解並規劃、實體書面化相關職業訓練執行流程,最後藉由通過TTQS訓練品質系統實地訪視評核以及訪視委員所提出的改善建議,持續改善以追求提供更高品質的職業訓練課程。
In recent years, Taiwan TrainQuali System (TTQS) have been the indicator to evaluate the case of vocational training. The evaluation indicator was referred to ISO 10015 by the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, which can be used to distinguish the training unit from good and bad. By introducing TTQS, the training unit can also realize if their own procedures of administrative are sufficient to meet the demands of students. Since 2007, the implementation of the TTQS is not only used in training unit execution capabilities, but many non-government organizations introduced the TTQS to evaluate and improve the internal training processes. In the thesis, the study is focus on the vocational training of “Industrial investment project” in 2009. By introducing the PDDRO recursion loop to evaluate the TTQS, the related execution process of the vocational training can be arranged and in-written. Finally, the TTQS can be improved continuously via the field visiting and suggestions from the committee members to provide a higher quality of vocational training courses.
