新科技產品會影響使用者的行為模式與思想觀念,因此本研究以智慧型手機為主軸,探討其相關影響。經由報章雜誌發現,智慧型手機的問世,改變智慧型手機與功能型手機使用者之間的生活習慣和使用行為,連帶著人際關係也會有所隔閡。因此本研究以問卷方式,調查朝陽科技大學學生使用智慧型手機的生活型態、社交APP使用行為對人際關係的影響。 研究結果發現,朝陽科技大學學生的生活型態可分為三類,分別是崇尚流行、實踐享受和追求品味。其次,大學生的人際關係分為三類,分別是與朋友的親密性、與父母的親密性和自我價值。最後,本研究探討大學生使用智慧型手機的生活型態、社交APP使用行為和人際關係之影響,將研究結果整理如下: 1. 可針對不同生活型態集群設計出不同類型的社交APP,例如:崇尚流行適合風格前衛的社交APP;實踐享受適合限量版的社交APP;追求品味則適合客製化的社交APP。 2. 智慧型手機使用者的人口統計變項僅部分影響智慧型手機使用者的生活型態、社交APP使用行為和人際關係。 3. 不同的生活型態會對社交APP的使用年資、平均每天使用社交APP的時數和社交APP較常連絡人數有不同的影響。而不同生活型態集群的人際關係也會有所不同。最後,智慧型手機社交APP的使用者,其人際關係較良好。
New technological products influence the user’s behavioral pattern and thinking mode, so this study takes smartphones as the main axis to discuss its related influence. It’s found from the newspapers and magazines that the coming of Smartphone changes the living habits and using behaviors among the users of smartphones and functional mobile phones, which further brings gaps of interpersonal relationship. Therefore, this study investigates the college students of Chaoyang University of Technology on whether their lifestyle of using Smartphone and using behaviors of community APP will show influence on the interpersonal relationship. The study results show the lifestyles of the college students of Chaoyang University of Technology can fall into three types, namely, pursuing fashion, practicing enjoyment and pursuing taste. Secondly, their interpersonal relationship can fall into three types as well, namely, intimacy with friends, intimacy with parents and self-value. Finally, this study explores the influence of the college students’ lifestyles of using smartphones, and using behaviors of community APP on the interpersonal relationship. The study results are sorted as below: 1. Different types of community APPs could be designed based on different lifestyle clusters. For example: pursuing fashion is suitable to the forward community APP; practicing enjoyment is suitable to the limited-edition community APP; and pursuing taste is suitable to the customized community APP. 2. The variable of number of users using smartphones only partially influences the smartphone users’ lifestyles, using behaviors of community APP and interpersonal relationship. 3. Different lifestyles have different influences on seniority of using community APP, average hours of using community APP daily and frequent contacts on community APP. Moreover, the different lifestyle clusters also have different interpersonal relationship. Finally, the users of community APP via smartphones have better interpersonal relationship.
