國家需要強大的國防力量來維持,部隊維持則是戰力的來源,國軍在精實人力的策略下,精簡後的人力即為最佳的戰力,提升國軍的工作士氣與工作滿意度,以提升國軍的留營意願,更是目前正需重視及解決的問題,有精良的部隊捍衛國家,方可社會安定,經濟繁榮,穩定進步。 考量樣本回收情形,以國軍中部地區陸軍部隊為研究範圍,發放問卷共304份,藉由問卷調查瞭解志願役軍人生活態,探討生活型態、工作滿意與離職傾向的關聯。 結果顯示,人口統計、生活型態及工作滿意變數皆可成為離職傾向之依據,利用集群將生活型態、工作滿意及離職傾向歸類各群組,茲將研究結果整理如下: 一、不同背景志願役軍人對離職傾向有影響,其中年紀較輕者、收入較少者、教育程度及階級較低者離職傾向較高。 二、生活型態各群組與離職傾向各群組經交叉分析後,發現獨善其身的群組離職傾向偏低,而穩健踏實群組的人離職傾向比率相對較高。 三、工作滿意各群組與離職傾向各群組經交叉分析後,發現對部隊領導及管理作為不滿意的志願役軍人,其離職傾向較高。
Countries need to maintain a strong national defense forces, and the army is a source of the military to maintain the national combat power. Streamlined human is the best fighting force after the military manpower lean policy. We need to enhance morale and job satisfaction of the national military in order to elevate soldiers’ willingness to stay in the military camp, and that is necessary to appreciate and solve those problems now. Only the nation has excellent troops to defend nation, and then people can have a social stability, economic prosperity and stability progress of the nation. Considering recovery of samples of questionnaire survey and taking the armed forces for the study of the central region of Taiwan, I sent 304 copies of questionnaire surveys to career soldiers in order to understand soldiers’ states of life and to explore their lifestyles, job satisfactions and the association of intention of resignation in the army. The results showed that demographic statistics, lifestyles and variance of job satisfaction can become basic intention of resignation. Therefore, I utilize soldiers’ lifestyles, job satisfaction and intention of resignation of a cluster of military as my study, and results are as follows: First, there is influence on intention of resignation of career soldiers who come from different backgrounds, those with low income, educational attainment and lower classes tend to have higher intention of resignation. Second, after cross-analysis of lifestyles and intention of resignation in different groups, I found that the groups in which a person who preserves his own integrity and pay no attention to others has lower intention of resignation, and career soldiers in a steady and dependable group has a higher rate of intention of resignation. Third, after cross-analysis of each group in job satisfaction and intention of resignation, I found that career soldiers who are unsatisfied with the leadership and management of troops have a higher rate of intention of resignation
