流體化床副產石灰與紅壤混合填平窪地再利用於造林之研究

摘要


台灣位於熱帶及亞熱帶地區,屬於高溫多雨的氣候,土壤經長期雨水淋洗而造成酸化,並且因為工業及農業行為而加速酸化的情形,經調查台灣有28萬公頃耕地屬於強酸性土壤,極需改良。台塑石化發電廠以石油焦為燃料之高溫氧化流體化床發電鍋爐(Circulation Fluidized-Bed Steam Genertor, CFB)燃燒產生含CaSO4 (54.2 %)及CaO (31.7 %)之副產品,其含高量鈣具中和酸性土壤能力,施用於土壤可提升土壤pH值,減少鐵、鋁對作物之毒害,並提供植物必需營養元素。本試驗利用不同比例之CFB副產石灰與紅壤混合,種植五葉松進行盆栽試驗,探討不同副產石灰比例對植體的生長影響,並在現地試驗以混合比例1.0:1.0種植五葉松與八重櫻進行試驗。盆栽試驗結果顯示,混合CFB副產石灰之處理能有效改善植物生長情形,其中以CFB副產石灰與紅壤混合比例1.8:0.2及1.6:0.4為最佳,但1.0:1.0會因為可溶性鹽類過高而抑制植物生長。現地試驗是以混合1.0:1.0在南投的酸性農地進行試驗,處理組五葉松與八重櫻生長情形優於對照組,顯示適當混合CFB副產石灰能有效改善植物生長情形。

Taiwan is located in tropical and subtropical regions, the climate is hot and rainy. Soil acidification caused by rainwater leaching, and because industrial and agricultural activities to accelerated acidification situation. After investigation, Taiwan has 280,000 hectares of arable land belongs to strongly acidic soils, badly in need of improvement. Formosa Petrochemical Plant use of petroleum coke as fuel generation Circulation Fluidized-Bed Steam Generator combustion containing CaSO4 (54.2%) and CaO (31.7%) of the product. CFB ash which contains high levels of calcium and acid soils with a capacity applied to the soil can improve soil pH, reduced iron, aluminum toxicity on crops and provide essential plant nutrients. Pot experiment were using different ratios of CFB ash mixed with redsoil. Investigate different rate of CFB ash effects on the growth of Taiwan Short-leaf Pine. Pot experiment results show that at the application rates of 1.8:0.2 and1.6:0.4, plant growth conditions of Taiwan Short-leaf Pine were significantly better than others. However, plants growth retardation at application rate of 1.0:1.0 because of high soluble salts. Field studies were conducted on an acidic agricultural soil located near Nantou, planted Taiwan Short-leaf Pine and Taiwan Cherry at a rate of 1.0:1.0. CFB ash improved the plant growth of Taiwan Short-leaf Pine and Taiwan Cherry compared with the untreated control. The results show an appropriate mixed of CFB ash could improve plant growth conditions effectively.
