摘要


季節性為觀光旅遊市場中重要特性之ㄧ。本研究使用X-13 ARIMA-SEATS方法,分析臺灣旅遊市場季節性,包括來臺觀光旅遊、國人出國觀光旅遊、國人國內觀光旅遊。 民國70年至105年來臺觀光旅客主要為亞洲地區,其次為美洲與歐洲,其中亞洲地區又以大陸地區為最多,接著為香港、日本等地。在國人出國旅遊方面,以亞洲地區為最大比例,其次為美洲、歐洲,其中以日本為最穩定成長。至於國人國內觀光旅遊,則以六都直轄市的觀光旅遊人次較為多數,整體資源對於產經發展有優勢地位。 在旅遊季節性方面,每年3月、4月、11月和12月是觀光客來臺旅遊的旺季;每年2月、4月至8月、10月是國人出國旅遊的旺季。至於國人國內觀光方面,每年2月、3月、4月以及7至8月,是旅遊的旺季。季節性明顯存在於我國旅遊市場中,觀光產業相關業者或政府部門,應妥善擬定因應之策略,謀求觀光產業發展之最大利益。

Seasonal tourism is an important feature of the tourism market. This study uses the X-13 ARIMA-SEATS method to analyze the seasonal nature of the tourism market in Taiwan, including Inbound Tourism, Outbound Tourism, Domestic Tourism. Republic of China 70 to 105 years to Taiwan to tourists mainly for the Asian region, followed by the Americas and Europe, with Asia being the largest in China area and then for Hong Kong and Japan. In the outbound tourism, the largest proportion of the Asian region, followed by the Americas, Europe, of which Japan is the most stable growth. As for the domestic tourism, then the six municipalities are more tourists, the overall resources for the development of industry has a dominant position. In the tourism season, every year in March, April, November and December is the tourist season to travel to Taiwan; every year in February, April to August, October is the people abroad travel season. As for the domestic tourism, the annual February, March, April and July to August, is the tourist season. Seasonal existence in Taiwan's tourism market, the tourism industry-related industry or government departments, should be properly formulated in response to the strategy to seek the best interests of the development of the tourism industry.
