添加劑對鎳鋅鐵氧磁體特性之影響

摘要


鎳鋅鐵氧磁體因具有高電阻率、高導磁率的特性,這使它能夠在很寬的頻率範圍內廣泛應用。本實驗之目的在探討添加劑對於鎳鋅鐵氧磁體的影響,以達到高頻高阻抗的效果。實驗是利用傳統陶瓷製程來製備鎳鋅鐵氧磁體再加入Al2O3 、TiO2、CaO作為添加劑,粉末壓成環型式樣在空氣的氣氛爐下燒結1100℃/5小時。結果顯示晶粒隨TiO2含量增加而變小,晶粒變小進一步會影響阻抗,使阻抗增加,其中以TiO2/500ppm效果最好。對於添加Al2O3系列而言,其提升導磁率的效果比較明顯,其中以添加Al2O3/400ppm時的導磁率最高。添加CaO有助於頻率的提升,但是對於導磁率的提升並沒有明顯的效果。

Because Ni-Zn ferrites has the characteristic of high electrical resistivity and high permeability,this enables it could be used in the very wide frequency range.Goal of this thesis is to study the effects of additives on the properties of Ni-Zn ferrites to achieve the effect of high frequency and impedance which were prepared by traditional ceramic fabrication processes.Those additives included Al2O3 ,TiO2 ,CaO.The powder was dry pressed at a pressure to form the ring cores and sintered at 1100℃ in air atmosphere 5h.The results showed that TiO2 induces the small grain size and increases the impedance which was observed at TiO2/500ppm.For Al2O3,it has higher permeability effective which was observed at 400ppm Al2O3. CaO can promote the frequency,but can not promote the permeability effectively.
