摘要


本研究是以氧化水熱法製備TiO2電極,將鈦板浸置在H2O2溶液中,改變H2O2濃度、溫度與浸置時間,並在溶液中添加不同酸類,觀察所形成之TiO2層。TiO2具有金紅石相與銳鈦礦相兩種結構,在酸性環境中較易生成金紅石相;銳鈦礦相之TiO2具有奈米級孔隙結構,隨過氧化氫濃度、持溫溫度、持溫時間的增加,會促進銳鈦礦相生成。

This research is to make TiO2 electrode with oxidation-hydrothermal Method. Ti plate was immersed in H2O2 solution, to get different TiO2 layers with changing the concentration and temperature of H2O2 solution, immersed time and adding different acids. TiO2 has rutile phase and anatase phase. It is easy to get rutile phase in the acidic solution. Anatase pahse has nano-pores . With the concentration and temperature of H2O2 solution, and immersed time increase , it is easier to get anatase phase.
