隨著資訊科技的快速發展及運用,資訊工作者在企業組織中扮演著關鍵性角色。由於資訊行業的特性,資訊人員的工作需要高度專業知識及技術開發能力,資訊人員相較於一般員工,對專業知識具有較高的專業承諾,相對的也具有較高的工作壓力及倦怠感甚至高離職率,因此如何降低資訊人員的工作壓力及倦怠,並留住人才即成為現今企業組織中重要的課題。在工作環境中,主管為資訊工作者最主要的互動對象之一,因此本研究以華人價值觀為出發點的「家長式領導」來探討主管之領導方式對資訊工作者在組織承諾、工作特性、工作倦怠與離職傾向之相關性及影響。研究中先藉由文獻探討影響資訊工作者相關構念,建構理論模式及假設,設計問卷。並透過網路問卷調查方式進行,共收集300份研究問卷,回收有效問卷共298份。本研究透過SPSS 12.0 統計軟體進行分析。結果發現,家長式領導對組織承諾及工作特性有顯著的影響;另外發現工作特性及工作倦怠對離職傾向亦有顯著的影響。最後,以本研究的結果提出實務上的建議,以及討論本研究的研究限制及未來的研究方向。
Regarding technical development quickly, information service worker begin to be the key man in the organization. Information service worker should have highly professional skill and able to research new technical in the science and technology industry. The theory has been approved by historian that information service worker should be excellent on technical industry, but information service worker comes along heavy pressure、boring, even high frequency to quit a company. Now this is the important point that how to keep those information service worker to stay at the company and reduce their pressure. The supervisor is one of the colleagues with those information service workers. The thesis is mainly discuss how impact of the supervisor leading way for information service workers. We send out 300 interview sheets and get back 298 available data. Using SPSS 12.0 software for data analysis, conclusion shows us there would be obvious effect if we using despotically way to manage information service worker. This theory provide some suggestions of despotically way to manage information service workers.
