國小兒童網路使用動機與網路沉溺關係之研究-網路霸凌與父母親干涉的影響

摘要


過去研究網路使用動機的文獻很多,但大部分都是調查成年人與青少年的部份,由於現今電腦設備普及與網路的盛行,網路使用者逐漸低齡化,國小兒童已經成為網路世界的重要成員。另外,網路所帶來的便利性是有目共睹,但在享受好處的同時也隱藏著令人擔憂的問題,像是網路沉溺與網路霸凌都是屬於網路發達後的產物,而這些發生在學童身上的遭遇,也是身為父母親所需面對與處理的問題。在過去的研究裡這些問題曾經被單獨探討過,但是卻很少有人將它們之間的關係結合作調查,因此,為了瞭解現今國小學童的網路使用行為,本研究旨在探討國小兒童的網路使用動機與網路沉溺之間的關係,並且要探討網路霸凌與父母親干涉兩項變數對於網路沉溺的影響。 本研究採用便利抽樣調查法,鎖定台北市與新北市國小一 ~ 六年級兒童為研究對象,進行紙本問卷調查,經過三星期的問卷回收,共得339份問卷,扣除無效問卷23份後,得到316份有效問卷。本研究使用SPSS 12 與AMOS 17統計軟體進行結構模式分析與變異數分析。 研究結果顯示「網路使用動機」對於國小兒童網路沉溺具有正向顯著的影響效果。「社交需求」、「無聊逃避」及「資訊獲得」等三種「網路使用動機」對於國小兒童網路沉溺都具有正向顯著的影響效果。另外,「網路霸凌」對於國小兒童網路沉溺具有顯著的影響效果,但「父母親干涉」則不具有影響效果。

Most of the previous studies related to the Internet usage behavior focused on the usage motivations of the adults and the teenagers. However, due to the prevalence of computer and Internet, the user’s age is decreasing year by year. The elementary school children now have become one of important part in the Internet world. Despite that people enjoy many advantages from the Internet, some children experienced Internet addiction and cyberbullying, thus their parents must face this situation and manage to solve these problems. But few scholars explore the addiction and cyberbully problems happen to children. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationships between the Internet usage motivations and Internet addiction among elementary school students. In addition, the impacts of cyberbullying and partental mediation on Internet addiction are also taken into account in this study. The elementary school students among the grade 1st to 6th in Taipei and New Taipei City were chosen as the target respondents in this study, a total of 339 subjects were obtained from convenience sampling. There are 316 valid samples remained after excluding 23 invalid ones. This study utilized SPSS 12 and AMOS 17 statistics software to conduct data analysis, the statistical analysis methods include: Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results of this research revealed that the Internet usage motivations are positively related to the children's Internet addiction, including socializing demand, boredom avoidance and information acquisition. Moreover, the cyberbullying is positively related to the children's Internet addiction, but the parental mediation is negatively related to the children's Internet addiction as expected.
