高氯離子混凝土建築物評估為建築物健檢的重要項目,可用以判斷建築物的安全性與耐久性。鑑此,本研究採用灰色統計聚類法,建立高氯離子混凝土建築物評估模型,並研擬相對應的維護策略。 本研究彙整國內相關文獻與規定,歸納模型的評估指標。透過專家問卷調查的方式,定義各項評估指標的模糊隸屬函數,並透過模糊隸屬函數臨界值、權重及灰色統計聚類係數,決定建築物的風險等級及建立高氯離子混凝土建築物維護策略矩陣。依據評估的結果獲致對應的維護策略。本研究以國內案例,說明模式的操作方法,並驗證其應用性。
High chloride ion content building assessment is an important item for building health which is used to determine the safety and durability. This study applied the grey statistical clustering method to develop the assessment model and the related maintenance or repairing strategies. The evaluation indices obtained from the related literatures and regulations were proposed. The fuzzy membership functions were defined via questionnaires survey. The risk level of building could be determined in calculating the critical values, weights, and grey statistical clustering coefficients. The maintenance strategies matrix was also constructed in corresponding to the evaluation results. Case study was presented to illustrate the operation procedure of the proposed model and to validate its applicability.
