行動導引裝置應用之研究-以台北植物園為例

摘要


近幾年,人們在生活上不僅是重視物質的滿足,亦漸漸開始重視心靈上的休憩,政府與民間單位也開始爭取各式大型展演在台灣展出。而隨著觀展的人數漸增,觀展的品質也就日益受到重視。當我們參觀展覽時當聽見身旁的人互相詢問「某某攤位在哪?」或是「我們要往哪裡走?」的問題。若在展場中經常的迷失方向,亦會減少看展的興致,讓人有服務不佳的觀感。我們在參觀展覽時多數會先閱讀展場平面圖,再配合場內的「參觀動線」指標或是服務人員指示參觀,但若是遇到想尋找特定攤位,或是想參觀的攤位分散於不同的樓層展間,就容易發生迷失方向的狀況。 現行的智慧型手機十分普及選擇多樣,幾乎已成為一般生活中不可或的用品。因此本研究想利用智慧型手機的直覺的操作及輕巧的特性,再加上擴增實境的技術,設計出適用於展場導引的系統。 研究初期本研究問卷方式調查一般民眾對於現行的導引方式的滿意程度,並且發現將導引功能設計於行動裝置上,頗能被一般民眾所接受。接續本研究便以「台北植物園」做為研究場地,將實驗分為以行動裝置引導的實驗組與利用地圖導引的對照組進行實地測試。在測試期間詳細的觀察受測者的行為模式,加以歸納整理。發現利用行動裝置引導的受測者在尋路所花費的平均時間小於傳統利用地圖尋路的受測者;在尋路過程中發生判斷錯誤而迷失方向的人次也小於傳統的地圖導引。另外綜合受測者的問卷調查中亦發現受測者對於使用行動裝置導引的感受性,也有很高的滿意度。 綜合歸納實驗過程中的紀錄,本研究發現受測者在使用導引時對於行動裝置的依賴行為,與在尋路過程中經常發生錯誤決策的原因;以及受測者感受導引介面設計上的建議。這些相關結果皆可供未來發展展場導引設備時做為重要參考依據。

In recent years, people in their daily lives do not only attach importance to material satisfaction, but also gradually starting to emphasize on spiritual rest, governmental and private organizations began to endeavor after large-scale exhibitions to be on display in Taiwan. With the increasing number of people go to the exhibitions, the quality of the exhibition will increasingly be taken seriously. When we are watching exhibitions and hearing people around us asking to each other questions such as “Where is the booth we want to see?” or “Which direction should we go?” If people often feel disoriented in the exhibition hall, their interests on the shows will also be decreased and people will have a perception of poor service. When we visited the exhibition, most of them we will read the exhibition floor plan first, together the “Visit Move Line” signs in the exhibition or the instruction of the service personnel to walk through the exhibition, but if when people want to look for particular booths or the booths people want to see scattered in different exhibition floors or areas, people could easily encounter the situation of disorientation or find themselves loss in the exhibition hall. Current smart phones are very popular with wide variety of choices, and they have become an integral part of people’s daily life. Therefore this study would like to probe into the utilization of smart phones’ intuitive operation and lightweight characteristics, couple with augmented virtual reality technology to design a guiding system that is suitable for using in exhibitions. In the beginning of this study, questionnaire survey for the level of satisfaction on current guiding method to the general public is conducted and found that designing guiding functions on mobile devices are pretty well accepted by the general public. Continuing on this study, “Taipei Botanical Garden” is selected as the site for the study, a field test experiment was conducted and the experiment was divided into an experimental group using mobile device guiding system and a control group using map guidance. During the test, observe the subjects’ behavior patterns in detail and to collate and analyze the patterns. This study finds that the subjects using the mobile guiding device use less time in finding the routes than those who use the traditional map guidance in average; disorientation caused by judgment errors during the path finding process for subjects using mobile devices guiding system is also less than that using traditional map guidance. In addition, summarizing the questionnaire survey conducted, this study also find test subjects have very high level of satisfaction on using mobile device guiding system. Summarizing the records from the experiment, this study found the dependent behavior of the subjects when using mobile guiding device and the most often reasons for wrong decision in the path finding process; and the experiment subjects’ suggestions on the interface design of the guiding device. These relevant results are available as an important reference for the future development of exhibition guiding equipment.
