應用模糊理論於補教業資源配置之研究

摘要


近年來,社會人口結構出現少子化的現象,使得學校及補習班等文教機構都面臨到招生上的困難,而競爭也越來越激烈。故如何將文教機構的現存有限資源作最佳配置以獲取最大效益,是一個值得探討的議題。 本研究以中小型補習班為例,探討如何在有限的坪數及支出成本下,將資源做有效的配置以獲取最大利潤。由於補教業的成本包含教室大小及老師薪資等變數,而這些變數都是主觀且有彈性空間的,故本研究採用模糊線性規劃(Fuzzy Linear Programming)模式來尋求在資源有限下之利潤的極大值,並將此滿意水準作為擬訂補教業資源配置之參考依據。

In recent years, the population structure is the phenomenon of low birth rate, making the schools and cram schools and other cultural and educational institutions have faced difficulties in enrollment and the increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, how will the existing cultural and educational institutions for the best allocation of limited resources to obtain the maximum benefit, is a topic worth exploring. In this study, medium and small tutorials have been setting for examples; discuss how the limited of areas and expense of costs will be effective allocation of resources to maximize profits. Due to the cost of the class size and teachers’ salaries that contains the variables and these variables are subjective and flexible space, this study uses fuzzy linear programming model to seek to profit under limited resources great value, and the satisfaction level of development of cram schools as reference for the allocation of resources.
