背景:人口邁向老年化是各個國家正在面對的重要課題,依據聯合國世界衛生組織(WHO)之認定,65歲以上老年人口佔全國總人數7%以上者均屬於老年國,而我國已經屬於高齡化國家,所以老年人口的長期照護將會是現在所需面對的重要課題。 目的:本研究主要是在探討,成功的行銷策略是否對於長期照護機構的消費者滿意度有顯著影響。 方法:在研究程序上,為更深入了解成功的行銷策略是否能夠影響長期照護機構的消費者滿意度,本研究以問卷調查為主。 結果:所得到的量化資料經由統計分析以驗證假設。預期未來可提供長期照護機構行銷策略之參考,以幫助長期照護機構,在提升消費者滿意度上更加順利。
Background: towards an aging population all countries are facing an important issue, according to the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) identified the elderly population aged over 65 accounted for more than 7% of the total number of caught are elderly country, while China has aaging countries, the long-term care of the elderly population will be an important issue now facing. Objective: This study explored whether a successful marketing strategy for the long-term care facilities, consumer satisfaction have a significant effect. Methods: The research program, a better understanding of the marketing strategy is able to affect the long-term care facilities, consumer satisfaction, this study was a survey. Results: The quantitative data obtained through statistical analysis to verify the hypothesis. Expected future can provide long-term care facilities their marketing strategies to help the long-term care facilities, and more smoothly on to enhance customer satisfaction.
