背景:職場倫理影響工作表現是重要的社會議題,回顧國外相關文獻,發現家庭倫理與職場倫理各自有所探討,然而較少有文獻探討個人受到家庭倫理之教育養成,表現於職場倫理上之關聯性。這將有助於未來提供給職場公司老闆與員工互動相處上的重要參考,也讓為人父母的家長了解到家庭倫理教育的重要性。 目的:本研究主旨預計在探討與了解家庭倫理與職場倫理之關聯性,如何「有效增進職場倫理和諧以及促進職場優良表現」正是現代公司老闆以及員工共同面臨的重要課題。 方法:在研究程序上,為更深入了解公司員工的家庭倫理教育養成是否影響其職場倫理的表現,預計以問卷調查為主。 研究結果:本研究預計所得到的量化資料經由統計分析以驗證假設。未來可提供國內各層公司老闆以及職員之參考,以改善職場倫理不當進而影響工作表現的問題。 結論:家庭倫理關係在父母、配偶、子女的對待關係上,的確會反應在職場中的主管、同事以及員工的關係上。
Background:The work performance affected by the work ethics is an important issue. By reviewing foreign literature, we found that the literature of family and work ethics had been reported, respectively, but the correlation between them was generally insufficient. However, if we know their correlation, it will not only improve the relationship of boss and employees but also make parents understand the importance of the family education. Purpose:The purpose of this study will focus on exploring the correlation between the family ethics and work ethics. How to promote the agreeable condition of the work ethics and the better performance in work is an important issue for both of boss and employees in the company. Methods:In order to understand if the family education of the employees will affect the performance of the work ethics, we will use a three-part questionnaire exploring aspects of oral health in this study. Results:Collected quantitative data will be analyzed with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (Version 18). The results will provide all fields of boss and employees in the company as a reference to improve the bad performance of work due to bad attitude of the work ethics. Conclusions: The relationship of family ethics including parents, partner and children is related to one of work ethics including boss, colleague and subordinate, respectively.
