臺中市國民小學教師實施品德教育的困境與因應策略之研究

A Research on the Obstacles and Coping Strategies in Implementing Character Education for Elementary School Teachers in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探究「臺中市國民小學教師實施品德教育的困境與因應策略」,採用模糊德菲法(Fuzzy Delphi method)藉以確定教師實施品德教育的困境與因應策略。 研究對象為臺中市之公立國民小學中獲教育部單位認證之「教育部品德教育特色學校」、「教育部補助品德教育推廣與深耕學校」及「臺中市品德教育推動典範標竿評選計畫」共17所學校,除校長、教務、學務、輔導及總務主任及語文、生活、綜合領域召集人外,另於品德教育有研究之教師擔任本研究之專家。其研究結果歸納如下: 一、教師品德教育實施困境有五個構面指標,其中以社會、學校及家庭構面最為教師困擾。 二、教師品德教育實施困境指標項目可細分為二十三項,其中最具阻礙的有「部分公眾人物的不當表現,對於學生的行為有負面的影響」……等十項。 三、教師品德教育實施困境的因應策略有五個構面指標,尤其以社會、學校及家庭構面最常為教師使用。 四、教師品德教育實施困境指標項目可細分為二十三項,其中最受教師重視的因應策略有「培養學生媒體識讀能力,避免受到媒體負面報導的影響」……等十項。 最後根據研究結果,提出相關建議以供未來研究者參考。

This research was intended to study the obstacles and coping strategies in implementing character education for elementary school teachers in Taichung City.The Fuzzy Delphi Method was the main way used to determine this research. There are seventeen public elementary schools surveyed as research subjects which were certefied by the Minister of Education of “featured character education school”, “the school promoting and deep practicing in character education of the Ministry of Education” and “the selection of role model in promoting character education” in Taichung City. The researcher formulates questionnaires and then chooses the principles, the director of academic affairs, student affairs, general affairs , subject leaders and also homeroom teachers who put character education into practice to investiage.The major research findings are as follows: 1. The obstacles of implementing character education have five dimensions. There are three dimensions, society, school and family, which cause teachers worried most. 2. There are twenty-three indicators in the obstacles of implementing character education. “Inappropriate performance of some public figures have bad effects on students”is the most disturbing one from the top ten indicators. 3. The best coping strategies to obstacles of implementing character education contains five dimensions. The society, school and family dimensions are frequently used coping strategies for teachers. 4. There are twenty-seven indicators in the best coping strategies to obstacles of implementing character education. “To cultivate the ability in media literacy to avoid the negative impact of media.” is viewed as the crucial one from the top ten indicators. According to the outcome, the research provides related suggestions.
