國中生對班級經營意向之研究

摘要


近幾年來「教改」的議題一直風行於各階層,最近常出現在媒體版面關於教育的新聞是「體罰」、「不當管教」。其實這些問題存在於班級經營中師生互動的教育現場,尤其是青少年身心理成長變化最快速的國中階段最為嚴重,因此引發研究動機。 本研究係以規劃行為理論(TPB)的基本模式:態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及行為意向四個構面,結合班級經營實務,探討國中生對班級經營態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制,瞭解國中生對班級經營意向的實證模式。以文獻回顧法及樣本問卷調查法,對台灣本島國民中學常態編班之二年級學生為研究母群體進行調查;採分層隨機抽樣方式寄發480份問卷,回收有效問卷為429份。 待問卷資料檢視之後,進行基本敘述統計分析,並以結構方程模式對假設之基本模式進行實證分析及修正。本研究所獲得之實證結果為:當國中生對班級經營態度愈正向,其行為意向的影響就愈強;當國中生對班級經營主觀規範愈正向,其行為意向的影響就愈強;當國中生對班級經營知覺行為控制愈正向,其行為意向的影響就愈強。其中又以知覺行為控制對行為意向的影響程度最強,其次是主觀規範,再其次是態度。

The debate about “Education Revolution” has been caught on every stratum’s attention in recent years. The most noticeable educational news are “physical punishment” and “unsuitable discipline”. To be honest, these problems occur frequently between teachers and students in junior high schools because of the high-speed growth of teenagers’ bodies and minds. It takes these problems more critical. And this is the motivation of this research. This investigation is based on the basic model of TPB : attitude, subject norm, perceived behavioral control and behavior intention. The practicing model is to understand junior high school students’ intention of classroom management. This investigation is based on the second grade of junior high school students in Taiwan island with documents and questionnaires. This paper sent 480 questionnaires by random sampling and got 429 effective ones back. After examining the data and basic statistics analysis, this study corrected them with the structureal equation modeling. The results of this study are: if junior high school students have higher attitude of classroom management, the effective of their behavior intension will increase; if junior high school students have more positive subject norm classroom management, the effective of their behavior intension will extend; if students have better perceived behavioral control, the effective of their behavior intension will advance. The perceived behavioral control affects behavior attention strongly, the second is subject norm, and the third is attitude.
