本研究旨在分析醫療機構服務國際化的競爭優勢,藉五力分析找尋醫療機構服務國際化持續競爭優勢的最佳策略。醫療產業面對快速發展且競爭激烈的市場,唯有具競爭優勢才得以生存。經理人通常將競爭優勢定義得太狹隘,認為只有產品或行銷手段可產生競爭優勢,而忽略五力分析中各個構面形成競爭優勢的潛在可能性。透過五力分析可找出創造具顧客價值(buyer value)的競爭優勢策略,使競爭優勢成為顧客走進醫院的誘因,達成服務國際化的目標。本研究以文獻分析建構醫療機構服務國際化的競爭優勢,經由個別訪談(personal interviewing),了解醫療機構服務國際化競爭優勢中各構面達成的策略。以台灣觀光醫療中具競爭優勢領先地位的醫療體作為專家訪談的對象,並經由「醫療機構服務國際化與競爭優勢」之訪談,了解醫療機構服務國際化競爭優勢中,各價值活動如何在不過度擴張成本,且可維持具競爭優勢持續力的情況下達成的具體成果。其成果將對一般性競爭優勢策略做更進一步的分析,提升醫療機構服務國際化競爭力研究的層次,並提供醫療產業業者形成獨特性優勢的具體做法,以作為未來經營迎向國際化管理規劃的參考依據。
The purpose of this research is determines the best strategies for an international medical service and the ways to maintain competitive advantages. In the fast developing and strictly competitive markets, the medical service industry can survive only when it keeps its competitive advantages. Many managers often define competitive advantages too narrowly. They consider that only marketing can increase a competitive advantage. Through analyzing of five powers we can create competitive advantage strategies that have a customer value. This can result in patients actively entering the hospital and thus reaching the goal of providing an international medical service. This research is based on article analysis to construct a common five powers in international medical services. We use the method of personal interviews to obtain the analysis of five powers which help to achieve the competitive advantage strategies. From the Taiwanese medical tourism system, we take some leading enterprises with competitive advantages as targets for this interviewing. Through the interviews regarding “Medical service internationalization and competitive advantages”, we can further understand how the performances can be achieved in this situation of saving costs and maintaining competitive advantages on international medical services. In this study we analyze the ordinary competitive advantage strategies used to promote research positions that provide concrete measures of the unique advantages for the medical service industry. Hopefully, it will provide a references to those who want to push forward international administration.
