屏東縣國小學童身心靈與休閒活動相關之研究

摘要

本論文研製之目的主要在探討學童從事休閒活動後，對學童智能、身體、社交、心靈等四個面向因素，是否有顯著影響。本研究具體研究目的主要有: (1).了解性別、家庭社經地位、居住區域變項國小學童從事休閒活動對智能發展的關條。 (2 ).了解性別、家庭社經地位、居住區域變項國小學童從事休閒活動對身體發展的關條。 (3 ).了解性別、家庭社經地位、居住區域變項國小學童從事休閒活動對社交能力的關條。 (4 ).了解性別、家庭社經地位、居住區域變項國小學童從事休閒活動對心靈提升的關條。本研究以問卷調查法，針對屏東縣國小學童進行調查，共取得 337份問卷資料。所得資料以相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定、迴歸分析等統計方法來進行資料處理，綜合整個研究結果，本研究的結果發現在不同背景對於休閒活動影響方面，顯示男生在休閒型態上偏好動態活動，而女生則是偏好靜態活動。假日休閉的時數上，顯示男生高於女生的時數。家長管教方式上，呈現很少管教的學童較嚴格管教的學童有較多的休閒時間。而身體體能較佳，則傾向動態的休閒型態。父母親之職業、教育程度與不同居住環境、區域對學童之休閒活動並沒有顯著影響。其他方面，則呈現未有顯著差異。
休閒型態對學童之身體、智能、社交與心靈之影響，以休閒型態度之影響最大，而其次為假日休閒'最後為平時休閒。平時休閒時間較高者，其對於心靈之知覺較高，而其他之變項未呈現顯著之影響。在對智能、身體、社交與心靈問之相關情況，本研究以相關分析進行檢驗，結果顯示，智能、社交與心靈之間未呈
現相互關係，而其他皆有顯著相關。

A procedure is study investigates the relationships of Leisure Activities, Intelligence, intercourse and spirit of the Elementary Grade Students. This study is focusing on: (l). Discuss sex, family society by status, inhabit area become items of primary school pupil engaged in recreation activity to intellectual relation of development. (2). Discuss sex, family society by status, inhabit area become items of plimary school pupil engaged in recreation activity to social relation of ability. (4). Discuss sex, family society by status, inhabit area become items of primary school pupil engaged in recreation activity to relation that soul raise. In this study, we survey 337 elementary grade students from Pingtung county. All results were analyzed by statistical methods such as correlation analysis, independent sample t-test, and regression analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: Influence the the spect to the recreation activity in different backgrounds, show the boy student has a partiality for the dynamic activity on the recreation type attitude, but the girl student has a partiality for the static activity. The hours of recreation are had on vacation, show the boy student is higher than the hours of the girl student. Parents discipline it in the way, the pupil that seldom disciplines appears the pupil that disciplines more strictly has more recreation time. And health physical stamina is relatively good, inclined to the dynamic recreation type attitude. It is influenced that parents' recreation activity to the pupil of job , education degree, different living environment, area is not apparent. Other respects, have not shown the difference. Recreation type attitude health, influence of intelligence, social activity and soul on the pupil, attitude most influential with recreation type, and vacation recreation secondly, end usual recreation. Recreation time getting high at ordinary times, its consciousness to soul is relatively high, but the other becoming one has not appeared on apparent influence. To the relevant situations among the intelligence, health, social activity and soul, this research is examined with relevant analysis, the result shows, have not presented interrelation between intelligence, social activity and soul, and it is relevant that the others all show.
