台中火車站與高鐵台中站女性廁所滿意度之探討

A study on Female's Toilet Satisfactions of Railroad Station and High Speed Railroad Station in Central Taiwan

摘要

在台灣，常看見大排長龍等待上廁所的女性朋友，雖然近年來台灣女權高漲，公私立單位也注意到公共場所的女廁數量普遍不足與增進女廁品質，可提升生活品質，本研究將以台中火車站及高鐵台中站女廁為研究對象，調查台中火車站及高鐵台中站女廁之體驗者對此二站之體驗經驗，調查時間為2009年2月10日起至2009年3月10日，共發出600份，有效問卷573份，有效問卷率95.5%。研究目的主要是探討受訪女性對受試廁所需求重要性的認知、規劃滿意度及維護滿意度。研究結果如下：
（一）台中火車站女廁：
需求認知項目前五名分別排列順序為「廁所定期維護、清潔」、「設置洗手檯」、「設置垃圾桶」、「設置之緊急呼叫鈴」、「設置沖水設備」。規劃滿意度前五名分別排列順序為「設置之緊急呼叫鈴」、「設置鏡子」、「提供蹲式便器」、「提供足夠間數」、「設置之洗手檯」。維護滿意度前五名分別排列順序為「設置沖水設備」、「設置洗手檯」、「設置鏡子」、「設置禁菸標示」、「提供蹲式便器」。環境整潔滿意度前三名排序為「洗手檯水龍頭清潔」、「洗手檯排水孔清潔」、「廁所鏡子清潔」。
二、高鐵台中站女廁
需求認知前五名分別排列順序為「地板防滑材質」、「設置垃圾桶」、「定期維護、清潔」、「設置洗手台」、「地板無階梯」。規劃滿意度前五名分別排列順序為「設置沖水設備」、「設置洗手檯」、「提供擦手紙」、「提供蹲式便器」、「入口之隱密性」。維護滿意度前五名分別排列順序為「設置沖水設備」、「設置鏡子」、「提供蹲式便器」、「提供擦手紙」「定期維護、清潔」。環境整潔滿意度前三名排序為「洗手檯面清潔」、「洗手檯水龍頭清潔」、「廁所鏡子清潔」。
　　　　三、台中火車站與台中高鐵站女廁綜合比較
台中火車站與高鐵台中站之安全性需求、安全性規劃滿意度、安全性維護滿意度、硬體方便性需求、硬體方便性規劃滿意度、硬體方便性維護滿意度、硬體舒適性規劃滿意度、硬體舒適性維護滿意度、周邊硬體設施規劃滿意度、周邊硬體設施維護滿意度、軟體設施規劃滿意度、軟體設施維護滿意度、及環境整潔滿意度有顯著性差異，以上各項高鐵台中站之平均數均高於台中火車站。
由以上資料可知，受訪者對女廁之需求認知與規劃情形差異性較大，建議以後能多以女性的角度思考規劃廁所設施。

ABSTRACT
Females usually have the experiences to wait a long line to use public toilets in Taiwan. Females start to request their rights recently; the governments begin to improve the shortage and unclearness of public toilets to improve quality of life. This study is to explore user’s satisfaction on using public toilets of Railroad Station and High Speed Railroad Station in Central Taiwan based on female perspectives. This research started from Feb. 10th, 2009 till the 10th of Mar. 2009. Six hundred copies of questionnaires were distributed to the customers, 573 valid data were used to analyze the result, reaching the valid corresponding rate of 95.5 percent. The outcome of the study is as follows:
1. Outcomes of Railroad Station:
Top five most essential equipment are regular cleaning and maintenance, wash-basin, waste basket, safety alarm, flushing system. Top five most satisfying designs are safety alarm, mirror, squat toilet, sufficient toilet, and wash-basin. Top five most satisfying maintenance equipments are flushing system, wash-basin, mirror, no smoking sign, and squat toilet. And top three most satisfying cleanliness is wash-basin faucet, wash-basin pipe, and mirror cleanliness.
2. Outcomes of High Speed Railroad Station: Top five most essential equipments are slippery-proof floor, waste basket, regular cleaning and maintenance, wash-basin, and equivalent floor-height. Top five most satisfying designs are flushing system, wash-basin, toilet paper, squat toilet, and peep-proof entrance. Top five most satisfying maintenance equipments are flushing system, mirror, squat toilet, toilet paper, and regular cleaning and maintenance. And top three most satisfying cleanliness are wash-basin surface, wash-basin faucet, and mirror cleanliness.
3. The essential safety equipment, safety design satisfaction, safety maintenance satisfaction, essential hardware convenience equipment, hardware convenience design satisfaction, hardware convenience maintenance satisfaction, peripheral hardware design satisfaction, peripheral hardware maintenance satisfaction, software design satisfaction, software maintenance satisfaction, and overall cleanliness have significant differences between Railroad Station and High Speed Railroad Station, the mean values of High Speed Railroad Station are higher than that of Railroad Station in terms of all the items listed.
