台中市現有公有傳統市場經營管理策略

摘要


由於時代快速轉變,近年來國內超級市場產業競爭發展已由傳統經營,邁向國際合作化、連鎖化、大型化的經營型態,導致社會結構變遷,加上婦女就業的比率提高,零售業的經營體質也快速的變遷,購物通路不再侷限於「傳統市場」的供應,民眾多元化的選擇和消費意識的覺醒,衝擊著傳統市場既有的經營環境。 基於上述之研究動機,本研究期望藉由理論、相關文獻,針對台中地區12處公有零售市場作為進行資料收集、分析,利用訪談的方式來瞭解公有傳統市場正面臨鑽石體系理論產業環境四大因素之衝擊,並試圖找尋較適經營型態,使自治會在公有傳統市場機制能良好運作,對公有傳統市場之存續產生正面影響。 本研究主要在於探究經營管理策略對傳統零售市場的影響。因鎖定範圍於台中市公有傳統零售市場,多數資料必須以仰賴文獻和文件,基於此,在研究方法的選擇上,本研究採選擇質性研究中的深度訪談。 研究結果發現,自治會幹部的年齡普遍較高,教育程度較低,且屬家庭式經營,較年輕自治會幹部的創新改變較低。市場公共空間與環境經營部份,不是空攤率太高失去營運功能,就是攤位數高的市場營業種類繁多,影響顧客觀感之外,也影響顧客前來的意願。不論是攤商經營與行銷管理的部份,攤位數低或高,皆會受到同業的市場影響,並以黃昏市場影響程度最高,顯示消費者還是喜歡到傳統市場買菜。

Recently, the development of whole the supermarket highly influents the traditional retail market. The type of livelihood of our society changes rapidly since the science and the technology improve constantly. The urbanization pursuits the transition of the structure of the society. Hence the public traditional retailing markets have the pressure for their existence. Shopping channel no longer limited to "traditional markets" of supply, diversity of choice and consumer public consciousness. Based on above-mentioned, this research expected that the combination of theory, literature review. Data collection, analysis for 12 traditional retail markets in Taichung City. To understand the Diamond model situation in traditional retail markets through intensive interviews, and try to provided the opinions and suggestions for four of factor to attack. And try to find a more appropriate management style to the traditional retail markets will be better influence. The rage of research is focus on Traditional Retail Market, and the topic sources are relying on the literature and documents. Based on this, this study select questionnaires and intensive interviews as Research Methods. The aim of this research is boss generally higher age, lower education level and younger will be more change. Number of market stalls operating a wide range of high affect the customers will come in market public space and environmental management part. Number of low or high are subject to the same and impact on the market to the highest level of the evening market, showed that consumers still prefer to the traditional market to buy food.
