台灣地區中老年婦女行乳房攝影檢查及其相關因素

Factors Related to Acceptance of Mammography among Middle-aged Women in Taiwan

摘要

我國於2010年發現65歲以上老年人口比例佔總人口比達10.7％。惡性腫瘤自1982年即為國人死因之首位，女性乳癌粗死亡率為第四名；於1993年開始重視婦女癌症的篩檢工作(國民健康局，2011)。本研究期望藉由全國性資料來分析中老年婦女行乳房攝影檢查之相關因素，以提供健康照護者將此重要因素列為衛生教育擬定與推動之參考。採用國民健康局2007年「中老年身心社會狀況長期追蹤調查」資料庫接受調查共4534人，本研究對象為女性以及問卷訪問對象為個案本人者，共計2043人。研究中老年婦女行乳房攝影檢查之相關性，以是否行乳房攝影檢查為依變項，取問卷中社會人口學、健康因素、健康危險行為、社交活動為自變項。研究結果顯示中老年婦女在年齡、曾患癌症、接受全身健康檢查、規律運動習慣與乳房攝影檢查狀況有顯著關聯。此資料庫為長期追蹤調查研究，問卷內容擴及廣泛身、心、社會及生活狀況的調查，可利用此資料庫之優勢做縱貫性研究，以得到更多接受健康檢查的因果關係。

The proportion of elderly population aged over 65 accounted for 10.7% of the population ratio in Taiwan in 2010. Since 1982, cancer is the first cause of death, and the crude mortality rate of female breast cancer is in the fourth place. That’s the start to focus on the cancer screening work of women. (Bureau Of Health Promotion, 2011) This study expects to analyze the national data about the related factors of Mammography of the elderly women. It will provide as a reference for the health workers to put emphasis on the important factors of the development of health education and promotion.

According to the database of “of the Elderly in Taiwan, Republic of Brand in Brand Extension of Health and Living Status of the investigation” of 4534 people (Bureau Of Health Promotion, 2007), This study and the questionnaire for women to access the object as a case were a total of 2043 people. Studying the correlation of Mammography of the elderly women is taking the ones who do Mammography or not as t the dependent variable, and taking the questionnaire in the Social Demographics, health factors, health-risk behaviors, social activities for the independent variables. The results of the study showed that elderly women significantly associated their condition with the age, suffering from cancer, receiving physical examination, regular exercise and Mammography.

This database is the long-term follow-up survey research. The questionnaire widely expanded to the survey of the body, mind, social and living conditions, you may use this advantages of the database to do longitudinal studies to get more causal relationship between the health conditions and the health checks.
