競技運動選手參與同質性休閒活動之差異性分析研究-以臺中市市立高中體育班學生為例

摘要


本研究以質性研究方法,探討競技運動選手臺中市市立高中體育班學生參與同質性休閒活動之差異性分析研究,以8位競技運動優秀運動員為個案。目的:探討5大層面,包含:瞭解目前學生參與休閒動機的概況。比較不同背景變項學生其訓練背景、過程、心理。瞭解不同因素學習中學生參與休閒運動差異情形。瞭解不同身份類別學生參與休閒運動差異情形。瞭解學生不同休閒運動參與程度與成就動機之關聯程度。本研究資料蒐集主要是半結構式訪談法,自2011年03月至2011年4月,進行8位研究參與者一對一訪談,每次約60~90分鐘,隨即撰寫逐字稿。本研究綜合上述資料,以跨個案方式分析,期間並進行同儕檢核,以增強研究之可信任性。結果:選手之參與休閒動機來自家庭推手,以興趣來當驅力為主,競技運動選手休閒活動影響著生涯發展。競技運動選手之訓練背景、過程、心理與休閒活動的關係密不可分。競技運動選手參與同質性休閒活動受休閒動機的影響,教練對競技運動選手參與同質性休閒活動的影響,應增強選手生涯規劃之教育,並給予周詳協助。選手對球類競技運動界的寄望,顯示制度與人事面的侷限,因此,現在已到重新評估優秀選手產生應有作為之時刻了。

This qualitative case study aimed to explore the Difference Analysis of Competitive Athletes Involved in Homogeneous Leisure Activities – the Cases from Senior High Athletes in Taichung Municipal Senior High Schools of eight Taiwan’s players.The purpose of this study consisted of five phases including The players’ recreational motive, The players’ mental preparation before games, The difference analysis of competitive athletes involved in homogeneous leisure activities, The players’ views on values, and different background The players’ challenges and their solutions. The major method for data collection was face-to-face in-depth interviewing, each of which lasted for 60 – 90 minutes, each player for 2-7 times, and conducted from March, 2011 to April 2011. After transcriptions, member check was used to enhance credibility. In addition to the interviewing, the information about the players from news and internet was also used to triangulate data. The cross-case analysis was used to analyze data and peer briefing was conducted to advance trustworthiness. The results of the study showed: The players’ participating motivations were derived from their occupations and families. Most of the players used “image training” that was told by the peers. The senior players worried about their future. Therefore, the school education should emphasize their career guidance and planning and provide with concrete assistance. They anticipated for a prosperous vision of Taiwan’s development because nowadays there had been limits on the relevant system and personnel. The reevaluation of resources for recruiting elite players should be done immediately.
