Compomer 之聚合程度 ─ 傳統鹵素光機與快速光聚合機之比較

Surface Hardness of Compomer Polymerization: Comparison of Conventional Curing Lights and Bluelight Pro

摘要


研究目的:本研究之目的在探討快速光聚合機(Bluelight Pro)及傳統鹵素光機,在照射 compomer後其聚合程度及硬度之差異。方法:本研究以Compomer作為填補之材料,分別製作1 mm, 2mm至3mm厚度之壓克力模型3種。各種厚度之模型各分三組,每組5個。分別以Bluelight Pro及另外二種傳統鹵素光機 (Optilux, Elipar)照射20秒、40秒及60秒。照射距離固定。而後在每一壓克力模型之Compomer 標本上取3點,以Vicker's microhardness tester測試其硬度。將各組測試之結果加以統計,並以Student's t test來分析各組結果之差異性。 結果:在1 mm的標本中,三種光源皆要照射達40秒,才能使補綴物底部之硬度與表層相當(即 hardness ratio達到0.9以上)。在2mm厚度時,只有Optilux在40秒照射時可達到Hardness ratio 0.9以上。Blue light及Elipar照射時間達60秒時Hardness ratio才能達到0.9以上。而3mm厚度時,即使在60秒的照射時間,三種光源之Hardness ratio仍無法達到0.9以上。結論:Bluelight Pro並未如廠商所言,在短短5秒鐘內,就可將厚度2mm之補綴物完全聚合。仍需如一般傳統鹵素光機照射40秒。無論何種鹵素光機,光照時間至少需40秒才可將厚度 l mm之補綴物完全聚合。光照時間之長短,確實影響樹脂聚合之程度。而光源強度也是一個相當重要之因素。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the surface hardness of compomer polymerized with conventional curing light or Bluelight Pro. Methods: Three different heights (1 mm, 2 mm, 3mm) of acrylic models with a 2.5 diameter hole in the center were made. The central hole was filled with Dyract (Dentsply, USA). A total of 135 acrylic models were made. These 135 samples were divided into three groups and cured with Bluelight Pro, Optilux, and Elipar respectively for 20,40, and 60 seconds. Three different points in each sample were tested for the surface hardness (Vicker's microhardness tester). The data were analyzed with student's t test with a 0.05 significant level. Results: The results showed that all three lights have to cure for 40 seconds for a hardness ratio up to 0.9 in 1 mm thick samples. In 2 mm samples, the Optilux cured for 40 seconds can reach the hardness ratio of 0.9. But Bluelight Pro and Elipar needed 60 seconds curing time to reach the 0.9 hardness ratio. In 3 mm samples, none of the curing lights could reach the 0.9 hardness ratio, even when the curing time was 60 seconds. Conclusions: A11 the fillings should not exceed 2 mm thickness, and the incremental filling technique is very important in compomer restorations. Curing time is an important factor for complete polymerization of compomer, forty seconds curing time for these three curing lights is appropriate in 1 mm thick restoration.
