女子籃球選手目標取向、運動員訓練能力與運動自信心來源之相關研究

The Relationships among Goal Orientation, Athletics' Coachability, and Sources of Sport-Confidence of Female Basketball Players

摘要

本研究主要目的在了解女子籃球選手之目標取向、運動員訓練能力與運動自信心來源的相關，研究對象為九十一學年度高中籃球聯賽甲組前八強的女子選手，共107名，平均年齡為17.07±1.08歲；所有研究對象於賽前填寫「運動目標取向量表」、「運動員訓練能力量表」與「運動自信心來源量表」，並以典型相關進行分析，結果得到下列結論：目標取向、運動員訓練能力與運動自信心來源中存在著負向的相關，即當女子籃球選手是低工作／低自我，並具有低運動員訓練能力時，利用「技巧精熟」、「展示能力」、「生理／心理準備」、「身體自我呈現」、「社會支持」、「教練領導」、「替代經驗」與「情境有利」等訊息來建構運動自信心是低的。

The purpose of this study was to observe the relationships between goal orientation, athletics' coachability, and sources of sporting confidence for female basketball players. One hundred and seven female basketball players who competed in final eight division-1 high school basketball league in the 2002 academic year were recruited as participants. Their average age was 17.07±1.08 years. Participants were asked to complete a Task and Ego Orientation in Sports Questionnaire, an Athletics' Coachability Scale and Sources of sport Confidence Questionnaire before the competition. The results of canonical correlation analysis indicated low figures in such categories as skill mastery, demonstration of ability, physical/mental preparation, physical self-presentation, social support, coaches' leadership, vicarious experience, and situational favorableness in sources of sporting confidence when female basketball players had lower task/ego-orientation and athletics' coachability.
